IIIT Admission 2023 or International Institute of Information Technology. The institute was established in the year 1998 and it has been ranked as one of the best colleges of India and Engineering College by India. At present, the institution proffers two undergraduate and four postgraduate, and two doctoral courses in the field of Engineering and Sciences. Admission to all the courses will be done on the basis of the entrance test which will be followed by an interview.

• B.Tech. will be proffered under two specializations. To be eligible for the same, candidates must attain at least 60% marks in class XII in the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Admission to the program will be provided on the basis of one’s performance in the JEE Main or IIIT-H Test and interview.
• There will be direct admission for international students which will be based on SAT scores.
• Apart from B.tech. IIIT provides a Dual Degree Program (B.Tech + MS By Research) under five different Engineering disciplines. Admission to the course will be done on the grounds of merit acquired by the candidates in UGEE or KVPY/Olympiad. Admission to the same will also be permitted via Lateral Entry.
• At the postgraduate level, the institution provides M.Tech. in three specializations and an M.S. by Research in 7 specializations. M.Phil is proffered under the discipline of Computational Linguistics for the duration of 2 years. Admission to these courses will be done on the basis of PGEE and interviews commenced by the institute.

Process to apply for IIIT Admission 2023:

• Candidates may apply using online mode. First visit the official website https://www.iiit.ac.in/. and use the following steps to apply:
• Go to the official website.
• Click on the “Courses” Tab
• Select the program and click on it.
• Choose the course and channel via which you are applying.
• Click on the Application link
• Register as a new user by providing an email address and password
• Login to your profile and enter the Academic and personal details carefully
• Upload the scanned images of the photograph as well as signature
• Pay the application fee via net banking, credit card or debit card.

Application Fee:

• B.Tech application fee for boys will be Rs 650/- and Rs 325/- for girls.
• B.Tech + MS By Research and UGEE, the application fee will Rs 2000/-
• KVPY/Olympiad, the application fee will be Rs 1500/-
• M.Tech/MS PGEE, the application fee will be Rs 2000/-

Eligibility Criteria and Course Fee:

• To apply for B.Tech, B.Tech + M.S, the candidate must have attained  60% marks in class XII. The course fee for B.Tech will be Rs 11,20,000/-       and Rs 14,00,000/- for B.Tech + M.S
• To apply for M.Tech, the candidate must have done B.Tech or it’s equivalent in the relevant discipline. The course fee will be Rs 5,60,000.
• M.To apply for M.S, the candidate must have done Graduation/Postgraduation in the relevant discipline. The course fee will be Rs 3,00,000/-

Course Eligibility & Course Fee:

• To apply for B.Tech, a candidate must have successfully completed class XII with 75% marks and  JEE Main. Course fee yearly will be Rs 2.8 Lakhs
• To apply for M.Tech, a candidate must have successfully completed Graduation and IIITH PGEE. The yearly course fee will be Rs 2.8 Lakhs
• To apply for M.Sc, a candidate must have successfully completed Graduation and + IIITH PGEE. The yearly course fee will be Rs1.5 Lakhs.
• To apply for Ph.D, the candidate must have successfully completed Post Graduation + IIITH PGEE, Yearly course fee will be Rs1.5 Lakhs
• To apply for B.Tech + M.S, the candidate must have successfully completed class XII with 75% marks + JEE Main. Yearly course fee will be Rs 2.8 Lakhs
• To apply for M.Phil, a candidate must have successfully completed Post Graduation.
• To apply for PG Program, candidate must have successfully completed Graduation. Yearly course fee will be Rs 55,000

IIIT B.Tech Admission:

• Admission: JEE Main (150 Seats); SUPR (20 Seats)
• Annual Fee: Rs 280,000
• Basic Eligibility: 60% marks in PCM in Class XII
• JEE Main Expected Cutoff: 1000 – 2800
• Eligibility: Candidate must have attained 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths in class XII to apply for B.Tech.
• Admission Process: Entrance test and interview. Final Selection will be done on the basis of performance during the interview. The entrance tests include JEE Main and If the candidate successfully completes JEE Main and has requisite ranks then the date may apply for college via the official website.

Dual Degree (B.Tech + MS by Research) Details:

MS By Research

Eligibility: Candidates must have completed B.Tech./ BE./ME/M.Tech. degree in the respective or relevant branch including CSE/ EEE/ ECE/Civil/ Biotechnology or must have B.Arch. or Master’s degree in Mathematics/ Science/Information Technology/Computers/MCA Programs. Admissions in MS program is done via IIITH PGEE.

Post Graduate Admission Process:

For seeking admission in MS, M.Tech and Ph.D. will be done on the basis of PGEE and interview commenced by the institute. Candidates will clear the examination for seating in personal interview rounds. The final decision of the institution will be based on the performance in the interview round only.

• It will have two sections: General Aptitude and Subject paper.
• Both Sections will consist of 90 minutes each.
