IIM Lucknow Admission 2023 Application Form, Exam Date, Eligibility

IIM Lucknow Admission 2023: In 1984 The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow or IIM-L was established. Indian Government has set up this fourth IIM in Lucknow. The Human Resource Development of the Indian Government has proclaimed it as one of the best institutions of India for its academic excellence.  IIM-L is considered among the best 5 B-schools situated in India. The satellite campus of IIM- L is located in Noida and this is from here IIM-L offers all its executive programs. IIM-L offers the following programs:

• PGPM or Post Graduate Program in Management
• PGPSM or Postgraduate Program in Sustainable Management
• PGP-ABM or Postgraduate Program in Agribusiness Management
• WMP or Working Managers Program
• IPMX or International Program in Management for Executives(IPMX)
• FPM or Fellow Program in Management
• EFPM or Executive Fellow program in Management

Eligibility Criteria:

For PGPM:

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks is desirable.
• CGPA from any University or academic institution of India. 45% of marks will be accepted from candidates who are from SC, ST, and PWD categories.
• Bachelor’s degree appearing candidates are eligible to apply

For PGP-ABM:

• Graduation with 50% marks in Agriculture Science or Agricultural Engineering is eligible to apply.
• CGPA from any University or academic institution of India. 45% of marks will be accepted from candidates who are from SC, ST, and PWD categories.
• A Special Form for the PGP-ABM program needs to be submitted during the interview session by the graduate candidate applying from any other stream except agriculture at the time of the interview.

For PGP-SM:

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks is desirable.
• For SC/ST/PWD category 45% marks is required
• A minimum of two years of work experience in a professional field is required.

For WMP:

• A Graduation degree from any stream with 50% marks is required.
• For SC/ST/PWD category 45% marks is required
• A minimum of three years of work experience in the professional field after graduation is required.

For IPMX:

• CGPA or a Graduation degree from any stream with 50% marks is required.
• A minimum of three years of work experience in the professional field after graduation is required.

IIM Lucknow Admission 2023 Procedure:

The admission procedure differs for all its courses. Candidates applying for any of the following programs need to follow the steps in order to seek admission in IIM-L.

For PGPM /PGP-SM / PGP-ABM Program:

For the IIM-Lucknow PGDM Program there are two steps that a candidate needs to follow in order to get selected.

• The CAT Exam score is obligatory for applicants willing to pursue a career in IIMs.
• Based on the CAT score, significant work experience and scholastic achievement candidates are selected for the interview sessions. Other than this the Written Ability Test or WAT and Personal Interview or PI are the final steps for getting into IIMS.

For WMP Program:

 Firstly an  Application Form needs to be filled by the candidate with the scorecard of GMAT/ XAT/ CAT/GATE. Other than this they can also seat for the WMP Entrance Test to get selected. Only the selected candidates will get a chance to be in the Personal Interview round.

For the IPMX Program:

Students will be selected on the basis of:

1. Correctly completed application form
2. GMAT score
3. Recommendation letters
4. 5 years of Professional Experience
5. Personal Interview

IIM Lucknow 2023 Application Form:

In order to apply candidates can choose any of the modes viz online and offline mode. For submitting the application form candidates need to send a Demand Draft of Rs 1000 with the application form. For SC and ST applicants the application fee is Rs 500. All DD’s must be in favour of IIM Lucknow payable at Lucknow.

Online mode is for candidates with CAT score.

• All aspirants need to check the official website of CAT for the online application form.
• Aspirants need to click the link for an application form
• FPM admission column needs to be filled by the candidate in the application form.
• The candidate now need to pay the application fee
• Finally, applicants need to click the submit option for application form submission.

Offline Mode is for candidates without CAT score.:

• All aspirants need to check the official website of IIM Lucknow.
• Applicants need to click on the menu bar for the FPM option.
• The apply button needs to be clicked by the applicant on the admission tab.
• The application form must be downloaded and filled in before submitting using offline mode.

Candidates need to submit the following documents with the application form.

• Marksheet and Certificate of Class 10
• Marksheet and Certificate of Class 12
• Certificate and Marksheet of Graduation degree
• Marksheet and Certificate of Post Graduation
• CAT/ GMAT/ GAT/GRE/ NET JRF/ Score Card
• Demand Draft
• Category Certificate in case applicant belongs to SC/ST/PWD category

Seat Reservation is a governmental norm followed by IIM Lucknow in order to book seats for reserved category candidates. For SC, ST, and OBC candidates there is the reservation of seats ie. 15%, 7.5%, and 27% of total seats are booked for them.
