- Agniveer age limit 2023: Indian Army Agniveer Applicant’s age should be between 17 years 06 months – 23 years.

Post-Wise Educational Qualification:
- To apply for Agniveer General Duty (GD) All Arms: the applicant must have completed class X with 45% Marks and a Minimum of 33% in every subject.
- Agniveer Technical (All Arms) and Agniveer Technical Aviation & Ammunition Examiner: Candidate must have completed 10+2 Intermediate Exam in Science Stream with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with Minimum 50% Marks in Aggregate and 40% in Each Subject.
- Agniveer Clerk/Store Keeper (Technical) All Arms: candidate must have done 10+2 Intermediate in any Stream with at least 60% Marks Aggregate and Minimum 50% Marks in Each Subject.
- Agniveer Tradesman 10th Pass: Candidate must have completed class X High School Exam in any recognized board in India with 33% in Each Subject.
- Agniveer Tradesman 8th Pass: Candidate must have completed class VIII in Any Recognized Board in India and must have attained at least 33% in each subject
Selection Process:

- General Science: 15 Questions for 40 marks
- Maths: 15 Questions for 30 marks
- Logical Reasoning: 5 Questions for 10 marks
Post of AGNIVEER TECH (Aviation Trade & Ammunition Examiner):
- General Knowledge & Reasoning: 10 Questions for 40 marks

For the Post of AGNIVEER Clerk & Store Keeper Technical:

Paper II consisted of the following subject:
- General English. The candidate will get 25 questions for 100 marks.
Physical Standard:
The Physical Standard consisted of the Physical Measurement Test, PMT) requirement, and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Check the appropriate details below:
- Agniveer (GD) – Height 170 cm; Chest 77 cm + 5cm Expansion
- Agniveer (Clerk/ Store Keeper/ Technical) – Height 162 cm; Chest 77 cm + 5cm Expansion
- Tradesman (10th/ 8th Pass) – Height 170 cm; Chest 77 cm + 5cm Expansion
Physical Fitness Test:
Physical Fitness Test consisted of the following:
- 6 Km Run under the Group I-Until 5 Min 30 Sec and Group II- 5 Min 31 Sec to 5 Min 45 Sec and Group II (For Junior Commission Officer (Religious Teacher) Age group 25-34 years up to 8 Min required to qualify
- The same test also includes Beam Beam (Pull Ups) in different groups.

- Agniveer’s Skill Certificate: At the end of the engagement period, a detailed skill set certificate will be provided to the Agniveers, highlighting the skills and level of competency acquired by the personnel during their engagement period.
- Class 12th Certificate: Agniveers who have been enrolled after qualifying Class 10th, a certificate for 12th (equivalent) will be given on completion of their four years engagement period, based on skills attained. Detailed instructions shall be issued separately.
