Indus International School Bangalore Admission 2022: Indus International School (IISB) is situated in Bangalore. It is a private day cum Residential school. The school is established in the year of 2003 by the Indus Trust and in a very less period, the organization becomes the most prestigious school in Bangalore city. The school is affiliated with International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). The faculty strength in the school is approx 120 and the teacher-student ratio is 1:9. Indus International School Bangalore Admission 2022:

The admission process of the school begins in January. The registration form can be filled online through the website and also you can get it from the school campus. The school accepts boarder from class V onwards. The admission in the class I-V is based on the last two years’ academic report or performance. The admission in class VI and above is based on the entrance test.

Fee Structure:

• The registration fee is 7,500/- INR (not refundable)
• Admission fees for all classes are Rupees 77,500 – 1,52,500/- INRRefundable Security Deposit of Rupees
• Tuition fees for kindergarten standard are Rupees 1.9 lakh per annum
• Tuition fees for classes I-IV are Rupees 3.6 lakh per annum
• Tuition fees for classes V- XII is Rupees  3.8 lakh per annum of day Scholars
• Tuition fees for classes V- XII is Rupees  5.95 lakh per annum of Boarder
• The tuition fee and Hostel fee must be paid in full or on an installment basis by the due date

Facilities and Infrastructure:

IISB School campus is spread over 40 acres. That is situated in the IT corridor. There are separate buildings for the junior section and senior sections. The classroom has the strength of 30 students. The campus is accessible with a learning resource center and digital hook-ups with internet and online libraries. For preschool students, they have different playing areas. They provide proper projection systems and lockers facilities for both day scholars and boarders. They provide transport facilities for students and staff members.

They have separate laboratories for science subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and biology. All laboratories are well equipped and contain all safety measures. They also have separate computer science labs for the junior section to senior section of the students. Computers are available in the classroom. The whole campus has Wi-Fi connectivity.

There are separate hostel facilities available for both girls and boys. Warden is available for both girl’s and boys’ hostels. Security guards are available in the hostel to provide safety to the students 24*7 days. The central dining hall is available in the hostel which can sit 500 students at a time. They serve both fresh vegetarian and Non-vegetarian hygienic food. The catering staff follows strict neat and clean hygiene conditions of the dining hall. Every time fresh and clean food will be served to the students and staff members of the school.

The school has separate playing areas for the different kinds of sports like badminton, cricket, basketball, horse riding, soccer, table tennis, volleyball, swimming, gymnasium, athletics, tennis, football, and hockey, etc. School also has an indoor stadium for the students. A very big auditorium is present in the school to organize school functions; events etc. school also has to give the visual and performing arts facilities in Arts, Dance, and Music. There are lane track and field stadium courts, squash court.

Curricular Activities:

IISB organizes state level and inter-school competitions like dance competition, quiz competition, writing competition, singing competition, Painting, Pottery, Clay Modeling, Dramatics, Classical Dance, Vocal Instrumental Music, Craft, School Band, Photography, etc. The school always motivates students to take part in the extra activities arranged by the school committee. During the whole academic year, the school arranges a lot of sports and games activities. IISB timely monitors each student’s physical and mental performance by using different levels of tests.

Academics:

IISB is affiliated with the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), Geneva. And they follow the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) guidelines. The curriculum is conducted by Cambridge International Examinations (CIE). The International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) is a two-year course of study. Between the classes from kindergarten to class V, philosophy and methodology subjects were taught according to the IB curriculum. IISB focus on the student intellectual and social development program. In this program, emphasis is placed on trans-disciplinary and inquiry-based learning. This is designed only for the 11 to 16 age group of the students.
