Eligibility Criteria:
Before applying for IUET, candidates are required to collect all the information about eligibility criteria. Check below:
- Qualification: Those who want to apply for the undergraduate course must have successfully completed the class XII exam and for post-graduate courses, the candidate must be possessed with the degree of graduation.
- Age: Those who are applying for Diploma courses must be at least 18 years old, undergraduate courses 21 years and 35 years for postgraduate courses.
Eligibility for Under Graduate Courses:
- To apply for B.Tech, Biomedical, the applicant must have done Class XII with subjects such as Physics, Maths & One Subject out of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science with minimum 45% Marks
- To apply for B.Sc, the applicant must have successfully completed Class XII with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM)/Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology (PCMB)/Agriculture with at least 50% Marks
- For D. Pharma, the candidate must have done Class XII with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry & (Maths/Biology) with 50% Marks
- For B. Pharma, the candidate must have done Class XII with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry & (Maths/Biology) with 45% Marks
- In order to apply for B.Arch/B.Planning, the applicant must have successfully completed Class XII with subjects such as Maths /3 Years Diploma in Any Stream with minimum 50% marks
- For BCA, the candidate must have completed 10+2 in any subject with minimum 45% marks
- To opt for BBA, the candidate must have completed 10+2 in any subject with minimum 50% marks
- To apply for BPTh/BMLT, an applicant must have completed 10+2 with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry & Biology with 50% Marks
- Candidate can apply for BSc Nursing if completed 10+2 with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 45% Marks
- To apply for LL.B, it is mandatory to secure at least 45% in graduation
- To apply for BA LLB 10+2 Any Stream with at least 45% marks
- To do Diploma in Arabic/French/German, the candidate must have acquitted with the Proficiency Certificate in particular language with minimum 45% marks
- In order to do Diploma in CT Scan Technician, Diploma in Optometry, or Operation Theatre Technician it is mandatory to have done 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & (Maths/ Biology) with at least 50% marks
Eligibility for Post Graduate Programme:
- Candidate must be a graduate or must have done 4 years programme equivalent to Graduation from any recognized university or institute of India
- To do M.Tech, the candidate must have done B.Tech./B.E/M.Sc. with minimum of 55% Marks
- To apply for MBA (Agri), the minimum qualification should be B.Sc. /B.Sc.(Hons.)/ Post Graduate Degree
- To apply for B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering / Biotechnology / Forestry /Agriculture / Horticulture / Food Tech / Dairy Tech. VET. Science & Animal Husbandry / Home Science), the applicant must have acquired at least 50% marks
- In order to apply for M.Sc, the applicant must have done B.Sc./B.Sc. (Hons.)/ B.V.Sc. (in relevant subjects) with at least 50% marks
- M.Arch course requires the minimum qualification of B.Arch with at least 55% marks
- To opt for M.Pharm, the candidate must have done B.Pharm with at least 55% Marks
- To opt for MCA, the applicant must be a graduate
- To apply for M.Com, B.Com / B.Com (Hons.) with 50% Marks is the minimum qualification.
- To do MBBS, the candidate must have done Class XII with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English (must have acquired a minimum 50% marks taken together in PCB) and 50% Marks
- For MPTh, the minimum qualification is B.P.T/ B.P.Th with at least 55% marks
- To do M.Ed, the applicant must have secured 55% marks in B.Ed
- For MA English, the applicant must have done B.A. with English as one of the subjects (up to III Year)/ B.Tech, with bridge course in English and secured at least 50% Marks
- To do a Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic), the candidate must be X passed with Math and Science
- IF you are applying for Ph.D. Research Programme, then ensure that you must have done Masters in any discipline related to the subject of PhD with minimum 60% Marks
PhD:
- To do PhD Programme, the candidate must be possessed with a Master’s degree in Subject applied for PhD Programme from any recognized university or institute with at least 55% Marks and 50% for reserved category applicants.

IUET 2022 Application Form:
If you are eligible for the intended courses then apply in the month of September. Download the application form using the official website and fill in personal, contact, and educational details carefully. Upload the documents such as scanned copies of the candidate’s photograph, signature etc. in the prescribed size and format.
Exam Pattern:
Here is the exam pattern for preparing well for the examination.
- The exam will be conducted in both online and offline mode.
- Exam will be consisted of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

IUET Exam Syllabus:
Candidates must check the exam syllabus mentioned below for easy preparation:
- For UG Programmes candidates must prepare from the syllabus of Class X and XII syllabus.
- General English Language and Knowledge & Numerical Ability tests will be common for all applicants and Subject Ability will be based on the study programmes applied by the applicants for admission.
- Exam syllabus standard for PG study programmes based on the syllabus of Class XII and Graduation related to programme applied by the applicant.
- Aptitude test for UG Programmes: B. Tech consisted of Class XII level Maths, Reasoning, English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology.
- For PG Programmes, the exam syllabus comprises of Graduation level syllabus.
- The UG study programmes is based on UP Secondary Board Syllabus (till Class X) and Class11th & 12th standard.
Admit Card:
Admit Card can be acquired via online mode through the official website after completing the registration process. The admit card will be consisted of information such as the candidate’s name, age, exam centre, course applied for, date of exam and other information. Download the admit card using easy steps. Take a print of the admit card to carry it to the examination center.
Steps to Download Admit Card:
- Go to the website www.iul.ac.in
- Click on Admit Card for IUET. Fill all the required credentials
- Login with registered Email ID, Unique ID Number and Password, Application Number and Name & Date of Birth
- Go to Admit Card and download it.
- Download the Admit Card and save it for future reference. Take two to three print out of admit card.
Exam Result:
The result of IUET 2022 will be announced via the official website. To check the result, enter the registration number and birth date in the appropriate boxes. A merit list will be released by the university based on the sores acquired by the applicant in the entrance exam.
Counselling Process:
After the result declaration, the candidate will appear for counseling process. In order to participate in the counseling, the applicant should have a name available in the merit list. Following are the documents required for counseling process:
- Class 10th Mark-sheet or equivalent examination certificate & marks sheet.
- Class 12th Certificate or equivalent examination certificate & marks sheet.
- IUET 2022 Result and Admit Card
- Graduation Certificate and Mark-sheet according to the eligibility of the programme applied for
- Character certificate from the last attended School/College
- Minority Proof as per the prescribed format
- Reserved Category Proof/Certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Income certificate

- Migration certificate released by the last attended college/institution /university
