Eligibility Criteria:
Before applying for Jain University Admission, candidates must check out the eligibility criteria for each course as mentioned below:
For UG Programmes:
Qualification: Candidates must have completed 12th class through PUC/ ICSE/ CBSE or any board can apply for Jain University UG Admission.
Qualifying Marks: Candidates must have an aggregate of a minimum of 45% in the 12th class.
Candidates who have completed their 12th class or the final year candidates of 12th class awaiting their Results can apply for admission.
Note: International Baccalaureate students should get 30 credits to qualify for the course. Cambridge students must study 2 or 3 subjects at ‘A’ Level (Advanced level).

For PG Programmes:
Qualification: Candidates who want to pursue MBA, MMS & M.Com must have a valid CAT, MAT, XAT, NMAT, GMAT, CMAT, and ATMA score would be exempted from the Jain Entrance Written Test and would be qualified directly for the Group Discussion / Personal Interview held afterward.
Candidates who want to pursue M.Tech must have a valid GATE score would be exempted from the Jain Entrance Written Test and would be qualified directly for the Personal Interview.

The Jain University’s merit list would be declared on the website and not just that to check your results follow the below-mentioned steps:
- Log in to the official website.
- Select ‘Result’.
- Enter your login credentials to view your result.
- The drawing out of the merit list is subjective to the availability of seats for various courses.
- Name of the Aspirants Shown as selected would be called for counseling and further selection process.
Selection Process:
Find below steps about the Jain University Admission 2023 Selection Process:
- It would be done on the basis of the applicants’ performance in the entrance exam.
- Qualifying candidates would be invited via email to appear for the counseling process (GD/PI) at the University.
- Students should be present in person to attend the counseling round as per the schedule uploaded by the institute.
- Aspirants would be given provisional admission based on the marks secured in the entrance test during the counseling process.
- Such individuals would be required to produce proof of having passed the qualifying examination and other documents.
JET 2023 Counselling:
After the merit list release, the university would declare the Jain University counseling details. Short-listed candidates would have to attend the counseling session at the given venue. The process of admission would be started as per the admission dates prescribed for UG & PG programs.
Candidates would have to attend counseling & bring original documents for the document verification. Candidates would have to bring the following documents:
- Class 10th Mark sheet
- Class 12th/ PUC/ SYJC or equivalent Mark sheet
- Transfer certificate from school/ college
- Migration certificate for Non-Karnataka candidates
- Residence proof
- Visa copy (for Foreign & NRI candidates)
- Aadhar Card/ Passport copy
- 2 recent stamp size and 2 passport size photograph
Candidates would have to produce the following original documents at the time of Counselling:
- Class 10 & Class 12/ PUC/ SYJC/ Equivalent exam (Original +2 copies)
- 10 passport size photographs along with 10 stamp size photographs
- Transfer Certificate form college/ institute last attended (Original+ 2 copies)
- Migration Certificate (Original+ 2 copies) (for non-residents of Karnataka candidates)
- Caste certificate and Income certificate (Original + 2 copies, if required)
- Parent or Guardian’s PAN card photocopy
- Provisional Admission offer letter (Original to be collected from the Admissions office of Jain University)
- Photocopy of provisional admission fee receipt
- Note: The applicant would be required to pay the balance fee at the time of the submission of original documents at the Kanakpura campus.
