Jammu Kashmir TET 2023: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Secondary Education (JKBOSE) aims at conducting JK TET 2023 examination. The aim of the examination is to select the eligible candidates for various reputed posts. The Government of Jammu and Kashmir choose the candidates for the teaching post for classes I to V and VI to VIII. The article is given below help in collecting all exam related details:

JK TET 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Go through the JK TET 2023 Eligibility Criteria for paper-I and paper-II. The eligibility criteria for both papers are completely different. Those who are willing to apply for Jammu Kashmir TET 2023 need to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the entrance test.

Paper 1 for classes I to V:

The candidate must have successfully cleared class XII with at least 50% marks. Those candidates who are in the final year of the diploma in elementary education can also apply for the exam. Those who have successfully passed class XII with at least 50% marks and have applied for a Bachelor of elementary education instead of a diploma in elementary education are also eligible for JKTET 2023.

Paper 2 for classes VI-VII:

Candidate must have successfully completed B. Sc./ B. Com/ B. A. and possessed with the diploma in elementary education. Along with this, the candidate must have done graduation with a Bachelor of Education.

JK TET 2023 Exam Date:

Jammu Kashmir TET 2023 Application Form:

• Go to the official website to apply for JKTET
• Go through all the instructions carefully before you fill the application form.
• Enter all the educational, personal and other details.
• Make a payment of the application fee according to the category.
• Go through the application details once before you submit the form.

J&K TET 2023 Application fee:

Candidates of the General Category will make payment of Rs 800 and OBC Candidates will pay Rs 500. However, reserved category candidates will pay Rs 400.

JK TET 2023 Admit card:

• Collect the admit card from the official website.
• Enter Name and Registration number to collect the admit card.
• Admit cards will consist of all the necessary details of the Written Examination.
• It is an important document to carry at the examination center on exam day.

Result:

• Check the exam result using the official website.
• To check the result, enter the Name and Roll number.

Exam Pattern:

• The question paper will consist of Multiple Choice questions
• The candidate needs to complete the paper within a duration of two and a half hours.
• Every question will be for 1 mark
• The candidate will select the correct answer from four given options.
• There will be no negative marking even if the answer is incorrect.

Jammu Kashmir TET Syllabus:

In order to clear the examination, a candidate needs to score at least 60% marks. This criterion will be for the unreserved category, however, there will relaxation for the reserved section.

Result & Cut-off Marks:

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of secondary education will make an announcement of the result & cut-off marks and will upload it on its official website. Soon after the JK TET 2023 Result & Cut-off Marks declaration, the exam conducting authority of the Jammu Kashmir Teacher Eligibility test will invite the shortlisted candidates for important tasks like the documents verification process.
