JEXPO 2023: It is a well-known competitive examination for selecting eligible candidates for various Courses. West Bengal State Council of Technical Education commences this state-level polytechnic entrance examination of JEXPO every year. Via this exam, candidates can attain admission in various diploma programmes especially in Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, Architecture, etc. Candidates need to successfully clear this entrance test to seek admission in government or private polytechnic institutes located in the state of West Bengal. JEXPO 2023 Application Form:

Find below the steps which are related to the WP Polytechnic 2023 application Form. Before applying the application form aspirants must go through below:

• The West Bengal Polytechnic 2023 application form will release in May.
• Fill out the form and submit it by June.
• Fill out the application form via Online Mode.
• The application form process consisted of steps such as the registration process, filling of the application form, uploading of images, and fee payment.
• Those who apply via offline mode will collect the application form from polytechnic institutions affiliated with WBSCTE.
• Make sure to submit the OMR filled Application form by the candidates at the designated polytechnic centers.

JEXPO 2023 Application Fee:

• Online Application Fee will be Rs.450 (Rs.225 for Kanyashree enrollees)
• For those who apply offline, OMR Application Fee will be Rs.500 (Rs.250 for Kanyashree enrollees)

Process To Apply For JEXPO 2023:

Follow the given below steps to fill out the Application Form:

• Visit the official site of the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE).
• On the home page, click on the apply online.
• Then click on the Register option, enter the details asked, and click on the submit button.
• Now use the reference number, date of birth, or password which will be sent to your mobile number or email id login to the JEXPO 2023 Application Form.
• Fill in all the details, upload the documents then pay the Application Fee.
• Click on the submit button and get the JEXPO 2023 Application Form downloaded.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Candidate must have successfully cleared class 10th level or Madhyamik exams or its equivalent from some Recognized Board or University.
• Applying candidate must have successfully cleared class X with subjects like Mathematics, English, and Science/Physical Science.
• The candidate must have passed class X exams with at least 35% marks.
• Those who are appearing in class X can also apply for the exam.
• The candidate must not be born after July 1, 2005.

Exam Pattern:

• The entrance exam will be commenced in offline mode.
• There will be two papers. Paper, I will be Mathematics and Paper II Physics and Chemistry.
• There will be 100 multiple choice questions that a candidate needs to solve.
• The question paper will be in two languages-English & Bengali.
• The candidate will get 2 hours to solve the paper.
• The paper will be 200 marks. Paper I and II will be 100 marks each.
• The candidate will receive 1 mark for every correct answer and there will be a deduction of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
• Paper 1will be on Mathematics with 50 questions for 50 marks.
• Paper 2 will be of Chemistry with 25 questions for 50 marks.
• Physics will have 25 questions.

JEXPO Syllabus:

The examination will be on the class 10th level. Various topics of class 10th will be asked from subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Admit Card:

The admit card can be attained from the official website in July. Download the admit card via online mode from the website. Attain the admit card by entering the login credentials such as application number and password. Make sure for carrying the admit card along with valid id proof on the exam day.

Result:

Get the examination West Bengal Polytechnic 2023 Result in July 2023. Candidates can seek an admit card using the official website. Candidates selected on the merit list will be called for the counseling process.

Counseling:

Counselling Process will begin in July. Through the Counselling process, candidates will seek admission to several Polytechnics/Technological Institutions. During the counseling procedure, there will be document verification and seat allotment. Candidates will produce their required documents/testimonials. Those who are from the reserved category will produce their Caste Certificate during the counseling process. If the candidate fails to produce the required documents, then there will be a cancellation by the Council.
