Most importantly, check the eligibility criteria before applying for the course. Here are the details:

• Applicant must be a resident of Jharkhand.
• They must have cleared their XII or its equivalent from a recognized college or institute with at least 50% marks and SC/ST category applicants will get marks relaxation of 5%
• Senior Secondary (or it’s Corresponding) and passed or in their Final Year of 02-Years (D.El.Ed.)

OR

• Senior Secondary (or it’s Corresponding) and passed or in the Final Year of 02-Years (D.El.Ed.)

OR

• Senior Secondary (or it’s Corresponding) and passed or pursuing the Final Year of 04-Years (B.El.Ed)

OR

• Senior Secondary (or its Correspondent) and passed or pursuing Final Year of the 02-Years Diploma in Education (Special Education).

OR

• Graduation and passed or taking part in the Final Year of the Two Years’ Diploma in Elementary Education.

For becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage)

Those who are looking forward to seeking admission in Jharkhand D.El.Ed 2023 must have their names on the merit list. The merit list is based on the marks attained by the applicants in class XII.
