Jiwaji University Application Fee:
- Candidates belonging to General Category will submit the amount of Rs. 1000/-
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category will submit the amount of Rs. 800/-
- The late Fee for All Courses will be Rs. 500

- Almost all courses required a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.

Merit List:
After the completion of the application process, there will be a release of the provisional merit list for all the courses. Go to the website jiwaji.edu to check the merit list. The merit list for Jiwaji University admission is prepared as per the merit in the qualifying examination. Those who have their names on the merit list will submit the admission fee within the given time duration.
Important to Note: In the M.Pharma course, the preference will be given to GPAT candidates and for M. Tech. preference will be given to GATE qualified candidates.

Exam Pattern:
The admission to most of the courses based on the marks attained in graduation. However, for some of the courses candidates required to appear for the entrance examination.
For admission to the courses such as B.B.A/B.T.M./B.C.A/B.H.M.&.C.T./B.Com./LL.B./B.A.LL.B, the candidate needs to appear for an entrance test commenced by the University. The examination is for 100 marks, comprises of the following given sections:
- General Knowledge – 25 Marks
- General English – 25 Marks
- Numerical Ability – 25 Marks
- Reasoning – 25 Marks
If you have applied for Post Graduate (M.Sc.) courses in Molecular Human Genetics, Microbiology, Neuroscience, Food Technology, Biotechnology, then appear for an entrance examination of one and a half hours duration. The paper will be of 100 marks and comprises of the following sections and out of them only two have to attempt:
- Biotechnology for 50 Marks
- Botany for 50 Marks
- Chemistry for 50 Marks
- Microbiology for 50 Marks
- Zoology for 50 Marks
To appear for M.B.A courses, the candidate needs to go through a written examination, personal interview and Group Discussion. The written test will be for 100 marks as listed below:
- Proficiency in English for 25 Marks
- General Reasoning and General Intelligence for 25 Marks
- General Awareness and General Science for 25 Marks
- Numerical Ability for 25 Marks
- Personal interview and group discussion for 10 marks each.
MPhil (in all subjects)/Phd will be consisted of 100 objective-type questions for 100 marks. A merit list will be created based on the marks acquired in the examination.
Admit Card:
- Those who are appearing in the entrance exam will get an admit card from the official website.
- After downloading the admit card, take a print of the same for further reference.
- Make sure to carry an admit card to the examination center.
