JMI EEE 2023: The application form for JMI EEE will release by the Controller of Examinations, JMI. Admission is offered into the engineering courses offered by the Jamia Millia Islamia University based on JEE Main exam. JMI EEE 2023 Application Form:
The first step is to fill out the application form. Aspirants need to mention in the application form the course they are interested in. Check the details about the application form below:
- To apply for the exam, first, visit the official website and seek the application form.
- Make sure to fill out the application form with the correct information.
- Fill out the JEE Main Application Number in the application form
- Now, upload the scanned images of their signature and latest photo while filling out the application form.
- Apply compulsory fee which is non-refundable.
- The incomplete application form is not acceptable.
Application Fee:
Pay the Application fee for JMI EEE as a mandatory Registration fee. The application fee is Rs. 550/- along with the bank charges. You can submit the application fee using options such as credit card/debit card/net banking or E-Challan of SBI.

JMI EEE 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have complete details about the eligibility criteria.
B.Tech Program:
- Applicants must have appeared in JEE Main paper-I.
- Candidate must have completed class XII or any other examination from some recognized board/university with at least 55% marks.
- Applicant must have studied subjects such as Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as main subjects.
- The age of the applicant should be 17 years at least as of October 1st (year of admission).
- Those who are possessed with Diploma must have acquired at least 55% of marks.

B.Arch Program:
- Applicant needs to have cleared the JEE Main paper-II.
- Candidate must have cleared class XII with 50% marks in aggregate in subjects such as Physics, English, Mathematics, and Chemistry.
- Those who have done 3 years diploma from an institute/college which is Central or State government recognized must have attained at least 50% in aggregate.
M.Tech Program
- To apply for M.Tech, the applicant must be a graduate with a minimum of 60% marks or a minimum grade of 6.75 on a 10-point scale
Exam Pattern:
The Jamia Millia Islamia University follows the given Examination Pattern:
- The test consisted of Paper – 1 (for B.Tech.) and Paper – 2 (for B.Arch.)
- Both the papers have a time duration of 3 hours and comprise 30 Multiple Choice Questions.
- Each question carries 4 marks and there will be a deduction of 1 mark if it is incorrect.
JEE Mains Paper 1 (For B.Tech)
- The Paper will consist of Objective Type Questions
- The candidate will get 4 marks for every correct answer
- There will be a deduction of 1 mark for an incorrect answer
- Physics will consist of 30 Questions for 120 marks
- Chemistry will also have 30 Questions for 120 marks
- Similarly, Mathematics will have 30 Questions for 120 marks
JEE Mains Paper 2 (For B.Arch)
- The Paper will be comprised of Objective Type Questions and Drawing
- The candidate will receive 4 marks for every correct answer
- There will be a deduction of 1 mark on every incorrect answer
- Mathematics will consist of 30 Questions for 120 marks
- Aptitude will consist of 50 Questions for 200 marks
- The drawing comprises of 2 Questions for 70 marks
Admit Card:
It is compulsory to acquire admit card to appear in JMI EEE 2023 examination. Download the admit card from the official website through online mode in July month. To download the admit card, use the login credentials such as registered number or email ID. Take a print of the admit card to carry it to the examination hall along with the relevant ID proof such as Aadhar card, driving license, etc.
Merit List:
JMI University will release the merit list of B.Tech/B.Arch admission. The exam conducting authority will release the merit list based on JEE Main Rank. The selected candidates will find their names on the merit list. To check the merit list, download it in the online mode.
Counselling:
After the result announcement, the next step will be the counseling round. The seats are limited for each course and those who have qualified for the exam will appear for document verification. Here is the list of documents needed for counseling:
- Self-attested copies of JMI’s Acknowledgement Slip.
- Registration Slip.
- JEE Main Admit Card.
- JEE Main Score Card.
- Age proof is based on the certificate of High School/ Secondary School or an equivalent examination.
- Original documents of reserved category candidates issued by the competent authority.
- Class X and XII Certificate.
- Class X and XII mark sheet
- Domicile Certificate
- Domicile certificate of his/her parents (Father OR Mother)
- TC (Transfer certificate) from the previous institution.
- Character certificate from the last attended Institution.
- Proof of permanent address
