Nationality: JNUEE 2023 allows Indian and Foreign candidates can apply.

Age Criteria: 17 years is the minimum age limit.

For UG Courses:

For B.A (Hons.) 1st Year:

• Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have a 12th class passed certificate for the recognized board.
• Marks: Aspirant must have At least 45% marks in 12th class.

For B.A (Hons.) 2^nd Year:

The aspirant has passed their 1st year Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. Candidates also have 12th class passed with 45% marks.

For PG Courses:

For MCA Programme:

The applicant has completed their 10+2 level exam with a recognized board or Bachelor’s degree with B.Tech & BCA any recognized university. Candidates also have at least 55% marks:

For the MA Programme:

The aspirant must have a Bachelors’s degree recognized university with any stream under the class pattern will be 10+2+3. At least 55% of marks obtained in the qualifying exam.

For M.Tech (Statistical Computing):

Must have a master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, or completed a bachelor’s degree in any branch of Engineering or any other science branch, MCA any recognized university. At least all the above qualifying exam candidates must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks.

JNUEE 2023 Exam Pattern:

• The exam will be conducted through online mode.
• The duration of the Exam will be 3 hours.
• +1 mark will be given for every correct answer & there will be no negative marking.
• For M.Sc Course: The test for this course comprises of objective-type questions from the subjects such as Physics, Physical Chemistry, and Mathematics of B.Sc level.
• For Ph.D. Course: Candidates for this course will evaluate base on the area of specialization. A written test will commence which will have analytical and critical appraisal type questions.
• For MCA: There will be an objective type connected to Computer application and information technology
• M.A: Candidates will judge based on subjects’ studied in the B.A course.
• For M.Tech: For this course, the question paper will be divided into two different parts. The First part will be comprised of questions such as Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.  The second part of the examination will be comprised of subjects as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Bioinformatics, Engineering Sciences, Mathematics/ Statistics. There will be multiple-choice types of questions.
• For BA (Honors): The paper comprises of objective-type questions and short answers. For seeking admission to BA (Honors) Foreign Languages, candidates will need to qualify the entrance test which comprises of questions from General Knowledge, General English, and Elementary Knowledge.
