MAH BHMCT CET 2024: MAH BHMCT CET 2024 is a computer-based test held once a year. This is a Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology course organized by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra. The BHMCT is a state-level test and the forms are available on their official website. Interested candidates can check the below information to apply.

MAH BHMCT CET 2024 Application Form:

The application form will be available online on MAH BHMCT’s official website. The candidates have to apply through the online site. Other modes of application or offline are not applicable. The candidate is required to use a valid email ID and phone number to access the site. Select the new registration choice and fill out all the educational data. Scan the photo and signature carefully on the site. If the information is incorrect, the application can be rejected. Complete the form with credible details. The candidate is required to deposit the application fee to complete the submission.

Application Fee:

• The fee for MAH BHMCT CET 2024 for general category candidates is Rs 800. The SC, ST, OBC, and other categories are Rs 600.
• The payment can be made via the online, net banking system, credit card, debit card, or other inline modes.
• The payment can only be done online. It’s not available offline.

MAH BHMCT CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

• The aspiring candidate should be an Indian. The candidates must have cleared the 12th examination or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks.
• A minor category candidate such as ST, SC, OBC, or any other type has a 5% deduction on the minimum marks.
• Candidates that are currently pursuing higher secondary can also apply for this test.

Exam Pattern:

• The MAH BHMCT CET 2022 Exam will be conducted online (computer-based ).
• There will be 100 questions to solve within 90 minutes.
• The mark will be given for the right answer only; there will be no negative marking on the wrong answer or unanswered questions. Every question will have a 1-mark question with an MCQ format.
• The paper will be in English Language, Reasoning, and General Knowledge & Awareness sections, English will be of 40 marks, 30 marks for reasoning, and 30 marks for general knowledge and awareness.

Syllabus:

Candidates can memorize the following subjects that will appear on the question paper.

• The syllabus for the English language is to fill in the blanks with synonyms and synonyms, adverbs and adjectives, verbs and adverbs, and adverbs, and complete the sentences with the correct pronunciation, reading comprehension, and phrases and idioms.
• General knowledge and awareness The subjects have questions about the latest events, current affairs associated with business and trades, historical events, scientific inventions, sports, politics, games, countries, currencies, and geography, containing tourist places and sports, political, social, cultural, and economic recent affairs and happenings, and aptitude for the service sector.
• The second section has logic-based questions to identify the correct conclusion from four sentences and geometrical designs.
• The candidate can research the previous year’s question papers and learn the pattern. The candidate must prepare for the test by updating them with the latest trends and news.

Admit Card:

MAH BHMCT CET 2024 candidates can download the examination admit card or hall ticket from the official website of MAH BHMCT. The candidates can enter their login details on the site to access and download the admit card. The admit card will also be sent to the email and phone number. The aspiring candidates must carry the hall tickets with them to the Exam Center. Keep the Admit Card for future use until the admission will completely be done. No soft copies will be accepted as proof, so carry the original admit card.

Answer key:

The answer key can be released online so candidates can recognize their right and wrong answers.

Result:

The result of MAH BHMCT CET 2024 will be out on the official website of the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra. The results will be available on a merit list. The merit list will be uploaded on the side. The candidates can see the list and their names or registration numbers. The result can be identified by the candidate’s name, registration number, roll number, and obtained marks visible. Keep the result downloaded with you and also get a printout.

Counseling:

After the result will out and the merit list will be declared and the counseling process will start. The selected candidates can complete the counseling. The counseling will happen through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). The candidates will be required to register themselves for the centralized admission process.
