Eligibility Criteria:
Those who are looking forward to applying for Maharashtra GNM 2023 course must have complete information about the eligibility criteria. Check the details below:
- Applicant must have completed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) of the Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education or any other equivalent Exam from the Science stream from any institution in Maharashtra and must have attained at least 40% aggregate marks.
- In case, the applicant is unable to fulfill the above criterion then applicants from some other stream with at least 40% aggregate marks (general category) and 35% marks (reserved category) will be considered eligible to apply.
- The applicant must be a resident of Maharashtra.
- Candidate must have cleared class X or XII board Exam with Marathi subject and attained at least 50% marks.
- In addition to this, the candidate must be able to read/write the Marathi language fluently.
- The age of the applicant should be between 17 to 35 years.
- Applicant must have done XII with English and acquired 40% marks in Vocational Stream-Health care Science from a recognized CBSE board/State/Centre
- Also, the candidate must be registered ANM with passing marks.
- It is also important that the candidate should be medically fit.
Merit List:
As soon as the application form and application fee are submitted, wait for the release of the merit list to be announced on the official website. Candidates will be selected based on marks scored in 10+2. Once the merit list is declared, the counseling procedure will start
Counseling:
- Those who are selected for the counseling process will be informed via the official website of MCGM website. The selected candidates will appear with the original documents, online application form, and payment receipt.
- The merit list of the selected candidates will be announced through the website
- The selected applicants will appear along with their parents at the venue which will be followed by a medical checkup.
- The seats which remain vacant may be filled by other candidates who are on the 1st and 2nd waiting lists.
