MH CET Law 2022: The Directorate of Higher Education in Maharashtra will conduct the MH CET Law examination for 2022. This state-level admission test is organized every year for undergraduate candidates who wish to nurture a career in law. This admission test entitles the candidates to develop a career in Law by studying 3 years LLB or 5 year LLB courses in any of the law colleges under Maharashtra Government. Candidates can have a fair idea about the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test of Law by going through this article. In the fourth week of April 2022, the entrance will be held for candidates opting for 5 years LLB course, and for three years LLB degrees, the entrance will take place in the month of June 2022.

MH CET Law 2022 Application Form:
Applicants can avail the details regarding MH CET Law 2022 application form the following information:
- The Application form will be issued from March 3rd week 2022 for a three-year course in Law and for 5 year degree in law the application form will be released in the final week of March 2022.
- Aspirants need to fill out their application form via an online method.
- Candidates have to provide all necessary information like personal and academic details with contact addresses, mobile numbers, and so on.
- To submit the application form applicants need to provide scanned passport size photos with signatures as per the suggested format.
- Candidates need to submit the application form for 5 years course by the second week of March 2022 and by April fourth week 2022 for 3-year law courses.
- The application form must be filled out carefully by the candidate as no changes can be made after the form is submitted.
- Candidates must take printed versions of the filled application form in order to keep it for future use.
MH CET LLB 2022 Application Fee:
- In order to submit the MH CET LLB 2022, Application Form candidates need to submit the fees designed for its submission. Candidates can avail of the online mode for submission of the MH CET Law application fees.
- By using the facilities of internet banking, credit card, and debit card the application fees can easily be paid. Candidates must submit their application form with the application fees before the stipulated due date.
- For candidates belonging to the general category, the application fee is Rs.800 whereas for the reserved category the fee is Rs.600.

MH CET LLB 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
Before submitting the application form candidates are advised to check the eligibility standards of MH CET LLB 2022. Any Indian national, Foreign, PIO, and OCI candidates can seat for this entrance. Candidates of any age can give the entrance as there is no such age bar in order to opt for the courses. Final year senior secondary applying candidates can also seat for the test.
- Candidates must complete their class 10th and 12th from any reputed board in order to apply for 5 year LL.B courses. They must score at least 50% in their last exam. For the reserved category, the qualifying marks is 40%
- For 3 year degree in LL.B Candidates need to be a graduate or post-graduate from any reputed university. They must score at least 45% in their last exam. For the reserved category, the qualifying marks are 40%.
Exam Pattern:
Candidates must a brief idea about the exam pattern of MH CET Law 2022 in order to prepare for the entrance.
- The mode of the Examination will be via online mode.
- The entrance will be based on multiple-choice questions.
- The Total Marks for the entrance paper will be 150 marks.
- A Time limit of 2 hours will be given to the candidates to answer the questions.
- The Language of the Question Paper will be in English and Marathi.
- Candidates can fetch 1 mark for every correct answer.
- There will be no provision of Negative Marking in MAH Law 2022 entrance test.
MH CET Law Syllabus:
Students appearing for MH CET Law 2022 entrance examination will cover the following syllabus:
- Under the General Knowledge category students have to answer from topics related to geography, economics, Current affairs, civics, history, and so on.
- English syllabus will comprise of an English usage error, Vocabulary, common error, reading comprehension, spelling error, fill in the blanks, etc.
- Mathematics will include topics from the Venn diagram, profit, and loss, speed and distance, time and work, algebra, etc.
- Logical Reasoning will comprise varied topics related to relationships and drawing logical conclusions about structure, analogies, completing arguments, reasoning by analogy, etc.
Admit Card:
MH CET Law 2022 Admit Card will be issued via the online method on their official website. Examinees must carry their admit card including valid photo ID proof to the examination center.
For 5 years degree in LLB Course, the candidates can get their entrance to admit card in April, 2nd week and for 3 years LLB course, the admit card for the entrance will be available in May, 2nd week 2022. No candidates will be permitted to seat for the entrance exam without the admit card.
Answer Key:
MH CET Law 2022 Answer key will be issued within a few days from the date of examination. Candidates can check the answer key via online mode on the official website. The answer key will enable the candidates to estimate their marks in the examination.
By providing the login credentials viz. application number candidates can check their answer key from the official website. Results will be available online just after the answer key is released.
Result:
In the 2nd week of May 2022 candidates can check their results for MH CET Law 2022 for the 5-year course and in the third week of June, the results for 3-year law courses will be available on the official website. Aspirants can go through their results via online methods. Distinct merit lists for 3 and 5-year courses will be issued by the authority.
By entering their registration number or roll number candidates can go through their results. Candidates must keep their results properly for other admission formalities. It is advised to the candidates to check all the details carefully furnished in the result so that if there is any incongruity they can communicate with the officials immediately.
Cut Off:
MH CET Law 2022 Cut Off marks will be declared by the authorities after the publication of the result. Cut-off marks are the minimum score that the candidates must have in order to get selected in the entrance.
Aspirants can find their cut-off score via the online method. The cut-off score will decide if a candidate will be called further for the counseling round. The distinct cut-off scores will be prepared by the authorities for both 3 year and 5-year courses in law.
Counseling:
MH CET Law 2022 Counselling will be conducted for the entrance qualified candidates. Candidates securing the cut-off score will be called for counseling in the final week of July and in the second week of July for 5 and 3 year courses in law. Counseling will take place via online mode. For counseling, round Candidates have to verify all their original documents by the officials in order to seek admission for LLB courses in any of the Law colleges of Maharashtra.
