MH CET Law 2023: Stands for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test which is a state-level examination. This examination is commenced via State Common Entrance Test Cell. The examination aims at seeking admission to the course such as LL.B (Integrated-5 years) and LL.B (3 years). MH CET Law 2023 Application Form:
- The application form will be provided via online mode.
- Access the application form via the website. The application will be provided in the month of May
- Make sure to enter all the details in the application form such as personal (like name, address, and contact number), academic (like a year of passing class 10th and 12th, Scores Obtained, etc), and communication
- Pay the application fee via online mode only
- Upload the scanned signature as well as the latest photo
Application Fee:
- Make sure for paying the application fee Rs. 650/- if belonging to the General category
- For other categories (Other than General) make payment of Rs 350/- as application fee charges
- Make payment via different modes such as internet banking, credit card, and debit card
- The application fee is non-refundable
Eligibility Criteria:
- Those who belong to any part of India can apply for the examination.
- NRI candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria provided via authority an application for the examination
- Those who belong to the religious or linguistic community that comes under the state of Maharashtra can opt to apply for the examination
- Candidates belonging to the categories such as PIO/Foreign/OCI can apply for the examination
- If you are a child of a citizen of Jammu And Kashmir State (those who have been displaced because of terrorist activity) can apply for the examination
- Those who belong to the Maharashtra state or if the birthplace is Maharashtra can apply. If parents of the candidate work in Maharashtra can also apply for the examination
Age Limit:
- The minimum age limit is 20 years for those belonging to the General category and 22 for those belonging to SC, ST, as well as reserved category
- There is no maximum age limit

Educational Qualification for LLB 3 Year:
Candidate must have passed Graduation as well as post-graduation in any of the discipline from some recognized university can apply for the examination
Educational Qualification for LLB 5 Year:
- Those who have passed class 12th or some equivalent examination from some recognized university or board can apply for the entrance test
- For the general category, the candidate must have obtained 45% marks (general category) and those who belong to SC and ST category must have acquired 40% marks
Exam Pattern:
- The examination will be commenced in the online mode
- The questions will appear in an Objective Type pattern
- There will be no negative marking
- The exam duration will be for 2 hours
- The question paper will appear in two languages such as English and Marathi
Marks Pattern for LLB 5 Years Integrated:
- For subjects such as Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, a number of questions will be 40.1 Mark for every query
- For General Knowledge with current affairs of questions will be 40.1 Mark for every query
- For Logical and Analytical Reasoning, there will be 40 questions. 1 Mark for every query
- For English there will be 30 questions for 1 mark each
- For Mathematics there will be 10 questions
Marks Pattern for LLB 3 Years:
- For subjects such as Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, a number of questions will be 30.1 Mark for every query
- For General Knowledge with current affairs of questions will be 30.1 Mark for every query
- For Logical and Analytical Reasoning, there will be 30 questions. 1 Mark for every query
- For English there will be 50 questions for 1 mark each
MH CET Law Syllabus:
Syllabus for the examination based on the subjects such as General Knowledge with current affairs, Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, English and Maths. Make sure to prepare according to the syllabus.
Admit Card:
Get the admit card or hall ticket in the month of June. The admit card can be acquired from the official website. Carry a hall ticket or admit card along with you at the examination centre. You are not permitted to appear in the examination in the absence of admit card. Make use of date of birth, registration number, roll number, etc like details for downloading the admit card
MH CET Law Result:
The merit list will be prepared based on the scores acquired in MH CET LAW 2023. The results will be declared in the month of June. Check results via online mode using the main website. Take a printout of the results for further help.
Counselling:
The process of counseling will start in the month of August. Those who are shortlisted based on the marks attained in the written test will be given a call for counseling. There will be proviso for seats according to the ranks and choices filled via candidate. Seats will be allotted to different colleges as well as institutions after completion of the counseling process.
