MP DMAT 2024 Application Form:

- Candidates can submit the 750 rupees cash some selected SBI branches
- Candidates can pay 750 rupees associated with offices or participating colleges. Another way to submit payment through Demand Draft, the demand draft will be in favour of APDMC Payable at Bhopal.

Application Fee:
After you have read all the instructions about MP DMAT examination, now is the time to pay the application fee. To apply for the examination pay INR 750 in cash at some selected SBI branches. Make a payment of this amount associated with participating colleges or office. You can submit the application fee via Demand Draft drawn in favor of APDMC Payable at Bhopal. The fee for MBBS & BDS Courses will be INR 1500 while INR 750 for other courses.

Eligibility:
Only if the candidate has taken admission into MBBS/BDS course then he or she can go ahead for appearing into the MP DMAT examination. The applicant required to have passed 12th class from MP board or any other equivalent board with CBSE board with compulsory subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology and at least has scored 50% marks. Passing marks in English subject is also mandatory
Or, the Candidate needs to have any other degree from the Medical Council of India/Indian Government/ Dental Council of India.
