MP PAHUNT 2024 Application form, Exam Date, Pattern, Eligibility & Result

PAHUNT 2024: MP PAHUNT is a state level entrance exam organized every year by Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) for giving admissions in Bachelor courses of BHMS, BUMS, BAMS and BNYS. MP PAHUNT stands for Madhya Pradesh Pre Ayurved, Homeopathy, Unani, Naturopathy, and Yoga Test, and has been planned to evaluate the capability of students who wish to make their career in courses mentioned above. In Madhya Pradesh, it is only through this exam that students can get admission in government and private Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, and Unani colleges of the state. Complete information of the MP PAHUNT session is as follows:

MP PAHUNT 2024 Exam Date:

MP PAHUNT 2024 Application Form:

• The aspiring candidates can register themselves for PAHUNT 2024 only via online mode. No offline facility is provided to register for the exam.
• The process for registration of application will begin from the month of May 2024.
• The last date for the submission of an application for the exam will be around the end of June 2024.
• Students aspiring to appear in the exam are requested to keep the scanned, colored passport size photograph at hand.
• While filling the application form, a registration number will be generated. Since it is very important; candidates must note that down.
  • Candidates must take a printout of the form for future purposes. There is no need for the applicants to send a copy of the form to the office of MPPEB.
• Fees for the application form will be
  • 600/- for the students of General Category
  • 300/- for the students of SC/ ST category
• Applicants have the option of Credit Card/ Debit Card, and Net Banking to make payment for the application form.

PAHUNT Eligibility Criteria:

The students, who fulfill the following conditions, will be allowed to appear for the MP PAHUNT 2024 exam:

• Candidates must be the permanent inhabitants of Madhya Pradesh state.
• Candidates must have cleared class 12^th or its equal from a recognized board, with a minimum 50% marks the qualifying exam. However, it is 40% for the students of reserved categories.
• Applicants must have passed class 12^th with the subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as well.
  • For the course of BUMS, it is essential to have passed class 12^th with Urdu as a subject.
  • Students should have cleared these subjects independently.
• Age criteria- the candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December 2024. A criterion for the upper age is 25 years.
  • Candidates from reserved categories are given relaxation of 5 years.

Exam Pattern:

It becomes easier to crack the exam if one already knows the structure of the exam paper. To get complete knowledge of the structure of the PAHUNT 2024 Exam Pattern read the following points thoroughly:

• The question paper for the exam will be available in both English as well as the Hindi
• The question paper will be objective type, that is, it will have multiple-choice questions.
• The duration of the exam will be 3 hours.
• The question paper will have 100 questions, and the total marks will be 200.
  • The candidate will get one mark for every right answer.
  • No marks will be deducted for any wrong answer.
• The question paper will be divided into two parts:
  • Part A will have 50 questions with 1 mark for each question. And the subjects involved will be Physics and Chemistry.
  • Part B will also have 50 questions with 1 mark for each question. And the subjects involved will be Zoology and Botany.

Admit Card:

The admit card for MP PAHUNT 2024 will be available on the website a week or two prior to the commencing of the exam. After entering the birth date as well as the registration number, the candidate will be able to download the admit card for the entrance exam. The admit card will carry the details of the entrance examination like the applicant’s personal information, exam details – date, centre, time, and instructions to be followed during the exam.

Applicants must not forget to carry the admit card along with identity proof to the examination hall.

MP PAHUNT Result:

The result of the MP PAHUNT 2024 entrance examination will be announced on the official website on August 2024. After the result is announced, the board carrying the authority will release a mutual merit list of names of the candidates of both Madhya Pradesh and the candidates from outside the state as well.

MP PAHUNT Counselling:

Now the seat allocation & counselling of MP PAHUNT 2024 will be online in may phases. MP  PAHUNT 2024 counselling will start after the result. Candidates can appear the counselling on the basis of the merit list. At the time candidates have all required documents otherwise admission will be canceled.
