MP TET 2022: MP TET is also known as the Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test. This is an examination that is organized by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board. This is a state-level examination and it is conducted for the recruitment of primary and upper primary school teachers in the government schools of Madhya Pradesh. The primary classes are between classes I to V and the upper primary classes are between VI to VIII.

MP TET 2022 Eligibility Criteria:

• There are a total of two categories- one at a primary stage and the other at an upper primary stage.
• In order to become the teacher for the primary schools, the candidate has to score 50% marks in the Senior Secondary examination.
• It is also necessary for the candidate to complete the B.Ed examination from a recognized college or an institute after graduation.
• In order to become the teacher at the upper primary level, the candidate has to clear the post-graduation examination from a well-known college or university.

MP TET 2022 Application Form

• The application form for the MP TET 2022 examination will be released online from November 2022. These forms will be available on the official website.
• In order to make an online application, all that the candidate needs to do is to visit the official website and click on the link that says, “Apply Online“.
• The candidate then has to fill in all the necessary details and then upload the scanned copy of the photograph, the documents as well as the signature of the candidate. This should be in the JPG format.
• You will have to fill up the application form with all the necessary details.
• Once the documents and the photos along with the signature are uploaded, the candidate will have to choose the test center.
• The authority will also provide a correction form online. After checking all the details you will have to click on the “submit button”.
• For future reference, it is also necessary for the candidate to take a print of the application form.

Application Fee:

• The application fee for the General candidates will be Rs.800
• The OBC candidates application fee is Rs.500
• The SC/ST/PWD have to pay Rs.400

The candidates can make the fee payment through net banking or through the debit or the credit card.

Admit Card:

The admit card is released by the authority about 2 weeks before the examination. This will be only given to those candidates who have successfully filled up the application form. In order to download the admit card, you will have to fill in the registration number along with the password. This will be available in the official website and it is essential to take a print of the admit card. The candidate will have to carry the admit card in the test center and also bring a photograph along with id proof.

MP TET 2022 Syllabus:

• Paper 1 – This is for the candidates who want to become teachers for classes I to V
• Paper 2 – This is for those candidates who want to become teachers for classes VI to VIII
• Paper 1 and Paper 2 – This is the paper for the candidates who want to become teachers between classes I to VIII.

Exam Pattern:

This is an online examination and the examination duration will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. There will be multiple choice questions and each of those questions will carry 1 mark each. There will be a total of 150 questions and there will be no negative marking for the wrong answers.

Result:

The results will be declared in the month of July. The scorecard will not be sent to the candidates individually. They will have to check out the results online. The candidates have to first log in to the official website and there they have to put in the hall ticket number. The result will have all the important details of the candidate and the candidate will have to take a print of the result.

Answer Key:

The candidates have to first visit the official website and then click on the “answer key” link. You will then have to put in all the necessary details and then download the MP TET answer key along with the response sheet. The candidates can certainly check their answers and calculate the score.

Cut Off:

In order to get a job as a primary or upper primary teacher in the government school in Madhya Pradesh, the candidate will have to score at least 60% marks. The candidates will also be awarded certificates as per their results.
