Navodaya Application Form for Class 6th & 9th 2023-24:

Fill out the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission Form 2023-24 for Class VI, IX, & XI through the online medium. Seek the forms on the fixed date, so be alert and as soon as the forms are released, you can collect them.

• Visit the official website – https://navodaya.gov.in/.
• Open the first link of the site and move to Navodaya Form 2023.
• Open the application page and fill in the details that are asked.
• Upload the photograph, signature, and other information asked.
• Make payment via online mode by using the net payment mode.
• Press Submit Button.
• Take a printout of the application form.
• Keep one hard copy and a soft copy for further use.

JNV Admission 2023 Fee:

• There will be no fee for those aspirants who are applying for class 6th but if you are applying for class 9th then make a payment of Rs.1200/- to appear in the written test.
• Those who are the ward of government employees are required to pay Rs.1500/-
• Those who belong to the transgender and SC and ST category are also not required to pay any charges for an Application form.
• BPL categories Boys and Girls are also exempted from any type of fee.

Eligibility Criteria for Class 6th

• The age limit to take admission in class VI will be 9 to 13 years (all categories).
• Students must have completed their class V from a recognized board.
• No candidate is eligible to appear in the JNV Selection Test for a second time.

For 9th Class

• The age limit to take admission in class IX will be 13 to 16 years (all categories).
• Candidates must have passed class VIII from Govt./ Govt. aided recognized school.

For 11th Class

• The age limit to take admission in class XI will be 14 to 18 years (all categories).
• The candidate must have passed Class X from a recognized school.

Selection Procedure for Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission 2023:

Admission to JNVST is mainly done based on selection tests and merit.

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test 2023: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission 2023 to class VI and class IX are provided based on an entrance test JNVST. All the candidates who want to seek admission will have to qualify for JNVST. After the completion of the entrance test, the conducting authority invites the selected candidates for document verification and finally, an admission made to the respected school.

Class 11 Lateral Entry: No selection test is conducted for admission to class XI. Admission to class XI in JNVST is done through lateral entry. Candidates are selected based on merit which is prepared based on marks obtained by the candidates in class X.

Navodaya Vidyalaya Exam Pattern for Class IX:

• The question paper will appear in English/Hindi languages only.
• Answer in the OMR sheet only.
• Prepare for subjects like Mathematics, General Science, English, and Hindi.
• English for 15 Marks
• Hindi for 15 Marks
• Maths for 35 Marks
• Science for 35 Marks
• The test will be objective type in pattern and the candidate needs to complete the exam in two hours duration.
• The merit list will be prepared as per the selection criteria of NVS.

6th Class Syllabus:

Steps to Download the NVS 2023 Admit Card:

• Step 1- Visit the official website of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti i.e, www.navodaya.gov.in
• Step 2- On the Homepage click on the ‘Admit Card’ link flashing.
• Step 3- A new page will open and enter the Registration Number, Password & Captcha.
• Step 4- Click on the ‘Login button’.
• Step 5- Download the admit card and take multiple printouts.
