NICMAR 2023: NICMAR NCAT stands for The National Institute of Construction Management and Research. It aims at commencing NICMAR Common Admission Test for candidates for providing admission to post-graduate courses. The test takes place every year so that eligible candidates can be selected. After clearing the entrance test, the candidate can seek admission to courses such as ACM, EPM, MFOCB, QSCM, REUIM, IFDM, HSEM and CLSCM. NICMAR 2023 Application Form:

The NICMAR 2023 examination will be conducted both in online and offline mode. Go to the official website and download the application form. Fill all the details in the application form with the correct information. After this submit the application fee and lastly take the print of the form before making the final submission.

Application Fee:

Along with filling the application form, it is important to submit the application fee. The application fee is non-refundable and should be submitted with the transaction charges. Fee can be submitted to the exam conducting authority via modes such as Internet banking, Credit card/Debit card/UPI/ Wallet/ Demand Draft

NICMAR 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for different programmes are mentioned below:

• Advanced Construction and Management (PGP ACM) – Candidate must have completed graduation in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with at least 50% aggregate marks. This programme is Offered from Pune, Hyderabad (Shamirpet), Goa (Farmagudi) and Delhi NCR (Bahadurgarh) Campuses
• Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGP MFOCB) – To apply for this programme, applicant must have done graduation in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks. Along with this, the applicant must belong to the family running a construction business. It is a must to provide necessary documents and undertaking in the prescribed format about the ownership of the construction business. This programme is also offered from Pune Campus
• One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM) – This course requires at least graduation in Engineering in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks. The course is offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus.
• Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM) – Applicant must have cleared the graduation in Engineering with at least 50% aggregate marks. Campuses from Pune and Hyderabad (Shamirpet) offers this programme.
• Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM) – To apply for this programme, the applicant must have completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture/ Banking/Management/Planning/Commerce/Finance/ Economics/Mathematics/ Statistics/Agriculture with at least 50% aggregate marks. This programme is offered from Pune Campus
• Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM) – If you are interested to apply for Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM, then you must have completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Architecture/ Planning/ Commerce/ Finance/ Banking/ Management/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/Agriculture OR Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary/ICWA with at least 50% aggregate marks. This programme is offered from Pune Campus.
• One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM) – If you are interested to apply for this course, candidate must have done graduation in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with at least four years of experience. Besides this, the candidate must have attained at least 50% aggregate marks in all criteria. This programme is offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus
• One Year Post Graduate Programme in Construction Logistics and Supply Chain Management (PGP CLSCM) – Candidate must have done graduation in Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science/ Architecture/ Planning/Management/Economics/ Mathematics/Statistics/Agriculture with minimum 50% aggregate marks are in all criteria. This course is offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus

NICMAR NCAT 2023 Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected by the selection committee from the Pune campus. First, application forms are scrutinised and eligibility is checked on the basis of documents submitted by candidates. After this, eligible applicants will be invited for the selection process. This process includes NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT), Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA). The details are as follows:

Marks Distribution:

1. NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) -180 marks
2. a) Quantitative and Analytical Ability – 72 marks
3. b) Data Interpretation – 36 marks
4. c) Verbal and General Ability – 72 marks
5. Personal Interview (PI) – 50 marks
6. Rating of Application (RA) – 70 marks

Live Presentation Session and Mock Test will take place in January to get familiar with the candidate. It is crucial to attend on a fixed date/time.

Admit Card:

Those who have submitted the application form will receive the admit card via online mode. The applicants will get access to the admit card by filling the details such as username and password. Download the hall ticket from the online mode and check the details on this card such as name, roll number, date and exam time, address of exam centre, registration number, photograph and signature.

Personal Interview:

Check the merit list after selecting stage 1 via NCAT scores. Those who are selected will appear for the personal interview.

Exam Result:

The result of the admission test will be announced on the official website nicmar.ac.in. To check the result, enter the details such as username and password in the login section and selection will be based on the merit in NCAT score.
