NIOS D.El.Ed. 2023 Application Form:

Application for the examination will begin most probably in January. So it is advisable to check notification of the examination from time to time. Candidates can apply for the examination online through the official website. Check the application form section and read all points given in the information brochure.

• First to go through the official link of the application form
• Fill in all the required details like name, address, parent’s details, education details, contact, and email address.
• Upload all the needed documents.
• Upload passport size photographs and signatures in the required format.
• Submit the duly filled application form and also take the printout of it for future references.

Application fee:

The duration of the course is 2 years which includes four semesters. For registration candidates will have to pay Rs. 250/- and for examination of per subjects candidates need to pay 350/- rupees. For the first year Course fee is Rs. 4500/- which includes the issue of identity card, certificates, marks statements, scrutiny of marks, re-evaluation of answer scripts, issue of provisional certificates/ migration certificates and marks statement, verification of NIOS documents, provisional and pass certificates and examination fees. It can be paid through an online medium provided by the official authority.

NIOS D.El.Ed. 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Before applying for admission check all required eligibility criteria of the examination. There is following eligibility criteria are as follows:-

• Candidates must be Indian Citizens.
• As per education qualification candidates who are untrained in-service teachers must have passed 10th with a minimum of 50% marks and 12th with a minimum of 50% marks from recognized boards and institutions.
• There are marks relaxations of 5% for reserved category as per the government rules.
• There are no age limit criteria for any candidates in this examination.
• Untrained working teachers working at the upper primary level must be graduate in any stream.

NIOS D.El.Ed. 2023 Exam Pattern:

The examination pattern of the NIOS DL.ED examination is a computer-based test. In which there are objective-type questions will be asked. The total number of questions depends upon the subjects you have chosen. The total time duration of the examination will be 1 hour. The maximum mark will be provided is 200. Each question carries one mark. There is a negative marking scheme is there so 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

NIOS D.El.Ed. 2023 Syllabus:

Candidates are suggested to prepare for the examination as per the previous syllabus of the school curriculum and graduation curriculum. There is no specific syllabus is given for the NIOS D.EL. ED. Examination. The question paper will be based on Basic English, Hindi, Science, Mathematics, General Awareness, and social studies, etc.

Admit Card:

• Admit card will download from the website by using the application number and date of birth as a Password.
• It is mandatory to bring admit at the time of examination if the candidate will not be able to sit in the examination.
• Also bring one identity proof with you like Adhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc. it has the following details name, roll number, exam center address, and timings, etc.

Result:

• The result of the examination will be released after the examination. They will prepare a merit list based on the qualifying marks candidates have got.
• Candidates can check the result online by using their Roll number and password.
• After the result merit list will be prepared based on marks scored by the candidates and displayed on the official website as well.

Counseling and Selection:

After the result announcement, the counseling process will begin. According to the name of the candidates in the merit list, they will call for the personal interview and documentation process. Candidates need to come with all required documents like educational certificates, identity proofs, etc along with admitting card and scorecard at the time of counseling. After the documents candidates will get a college allotment.
