Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech program in different specializations must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The candidate must have scored a minimum of 60% marks in 10+2.
The selection to the B.Tech program at NIT Delhi is done on the basis of JEE Main score. Candidates clearing the merit list are called for the JoSAA counselling process. Following the counselling round, the final merit list is released by the institute.
