OJEE stands for Odisha Joint Entrance Examination. OJEE 2023 Entrance Test for admission to undergraduate, Post Graduate, and Lateral entry courses. These courses include MCA, Integrated MBA, B.E/B.Tech, M.Arch, M.Plan, B.Parm, M.Tech, BHM, MBA, and BAMS. The application for the examination is provided from the official website and thus you need to be dependent on the online mode. OJEE exam authority will give the notification in February for the upcoming academic session 2023. Those who are interested and eligible to appear can fill the application form. OJEE 2023 Process to Apply:
Before applying for OJEE 2023, ensure for having complete instructions from the main official website such as http://ojee.nic.in. Apply online as there is no other mode than this. Step by step guidelines mentioned here:
- First of all, move to the official website http://ojee.nic.in
- Then register the personal details like name, date of birth, educational qualification, choose the password, form selection, and various other info.
- Once the registration is done, upload the scanned images like photos, signature, left thumb impression in the mentioned size, and format.
- Then make the payment of the registration fee via sources like a Credit card, debit card, and E-challan.
- Take a print out of the form for further reference.
Registration fee details: Those who are applying for OJEE 2023 need to make the payment via various modes such as Debit card, Credit card, net banking, or E-challan in State Bank of India.
- Cost of Form for B.Tech Lateral Entry / Pharmacy Lateral Entry/ MBA/MCA/, Integrated MBA (5-year course) and M. Tech/ M.Plan is Rs.1000/-
- Cost of Form for MBA+MCA / MBA+LE-MCA / MBA+PGAT is Rs.1500/-

OJEE Application Correction started:
The Application Correction window has been started from July 2023. The Application correction facility will be available on the OJEE website www.ojee.nic.in. The candidate who wishes to change/modify any data, including choice of center, entered earlier, can do so. The candidates are requested to undertake the correction(s) very carefully as no further chance of correction will be provided to the candidates.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pharm/B.Plan/B.E/ B.Tech/ (LE): You are required to have passed class 12th with minimum 45% marks and 40% for those belonging to SC and ST category. The mandatory subjects in class 12th include Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/Biology.
- For BHMS/BAMS: The candidate is required to have passed the class 12th exam with a minimum of 50% marks. However, for SC and ST category candidates, it is 40% in subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
- For MBA / MCA: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks and 45% for those belonging to SC and ST category. For the MCA course, the candidate must hold a degree in B.SCIT/ BCA/B.SC CS with Maths as the compulsory subject in class 12th
- Integrated MBA: Candidate is required to have acquired with 12th class degree with at least 45% marks and 40% for SC and ST category candidates.
- For M.Tech/ M.Arch/ M.Plan/M.Pharm: The candidate is required to have a degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks. For SC and ST category candidates, it is 45%.
Exam Pattern:
- The exam will appear in offline mode( Pen and Paper).
- There will be multiple-choice questions (MCQ) in every section.
- The language of the exam will be only English.
- The Duration of the Exam will be 2 hours.
- Every correct answer means a reward of 4 marks.
- 1 mark will deduct for every incorrect answer.
OJEE 2023 Syllabus:
For UG Courses:
- Lateral Entry to B. Tech: Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Mechanics, Basic Electrical Engineering:
- B.Pharm/BHMS/BAMS: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
For PG Courses:
- MCA: Mathematics, Computer Awareness.
- MBA: Verbal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, General Knowledge, Comprehension, Comprehension, and Business Fundamentals.
- Integrated MBA: Verbal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, General Knowledge, Comprehension, etc.
- M.Tech/M. Arch: Engineering Mathematics, Arithmetic, and Logical Reasoning, the remaining syllabus will be as per branch.
Admit Card:
The availability of the admit card has been from October 2023 on the official website. Make sure to download at least two copies of the admit card from the official website. After the registration process gets over, then download the admit card by entering the application number as well as password. The admit card comprises of the exam date, time, and venue, roll number, and so on.
Steps to download the Admit Card:
- Visit the official website.
- Then click on the link “Download Admit Card-OJEE 2023”
- Login to your account by using your application number and Date of Birth.
- Click on the “Login” button.
- Then download the Admit Card & Take the print out of it.
Result:
Declaration of the result of OJEE 2023 possibly takes place in July 2023. Make sure for checking the results via the official website. The exam scores were also attained from the main website. The merit list will prepare by the exam authority for many courses
OJEE Counselling:
For counseling, June is the pre-decided month. The process of counseling as well as seat allotment gets over via online procedure only. Thus, the candidates are required to register themselves. Once the application fee is done, candidates will permit for filling the choice. Candidates allow for the seat as per the merit plus the choice filled via candidate.
