PJTSAU Admission 2023: PJTSAU stands for Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University. The university will provide an entrance examination for admission in UG, PG, and Ph.D. degree programs. The courses are offered under the Agriculture, Seed Technology, Agriculture Engineering, and Home Science streams. The primary university campus is situated in the Rajendranagar and Inaugural colleges situated in the Telangana district. The examination takes place once a year at the state level. The availability of the application form will start in March. Candidates can check and fill the application form online through the official website. The last date to apply and fee payment of application is in July. Editing and correction can be done in July before the last date. If candidates are late to submit the application form and application fee then it should be submitted/ pay with a late fee of 250 to 5000/- as per dates extended.

Before applying for the examination candidates must have to check all eligibility criteria as per the UG, PG, and Ph. D courses.
Examination pattern will be based on the courses which you have applied for and also prepare according to that. For undergraduate and postgraduate entrance tests, there is an objective type of question will be asked. In provided limited period it has to be complete. There is no negative marking in the entrance test. One mark will be awarded for each correct answer and zero marks will be not answering questions. Candidates must have to secure a minimum of 50% marks to qualify for the examination.

Candidates are suggested to prepare for the examination according to the courses applied for. For the exam preparation, you will have to prepare according to last year’s question paper pattern. Test carried under the ICAR through AICE- JRF (PGS) for admission to the university. it is suggested that go through the official website of ICMR and prepare for the test accordingly.
Admit card will download from the website by using the application number and date of birth as a Password. It is mandatory to bring admit at the time of examination if the candidate will not be able to sit in the examination. Also, bring one identity proof with you. it has the following details name, roll number, exam center address, and timings, etc.
The result of the examination will be released after the examination. They will prepare a merit list based on the qualifying marks candidates have got. Candidates can check the result online by using their Roll number and password. After the result merit list will be displayed on the website as well.
In the UG and PG courses, admission candidates must have secure minimum required marks for admission. Test carried under the ICAR through AICE- JRF (PGS) and the weightage would be in a ratio of 60:30:10 which includes 60% Entrance Marks, 30% M.Sc marks, and 10% B.Sc marks.
Selection of the candidates for M.Sc/ M. Tech also made under the ICAR through AICE- JRF (PGS) and the weightage would be in a ratio of 70:30 which includes 70% Entrance Marks, 30% B.Sc marks.
