RBI AssistantComplete Guideline For RBI Assistant Recruitment: Reserve Bank Of India examine its various post every year. It is another banking examination that enjoys the highest level of competition. Thousands of students across India appear in this exam with preparation. RBI Assistant Application Form:

There is no regulatory body of RBS that can foretell exam dates at the beginning of the year. However, according to the set pattern of RBS, the examination date for the RBS assistant exam is conducted in the same month. For too, the forms will be out in September. All information about the examination will be mentioned in the notification and RBI official website is the only place to check details. The notification also gets published in the employment newspaper.

Note – According to the new guideline the examination for RBS Assistant will have three rounds of selection. The first round will be the Preliminary test; the qualified applicant will then appear for the final round and then interview.

Form for the RBS assistant exam can be filled online only. Payment of fees can be done via debit card, credit card, internet banking, cash card/mobile wallet, etc. Print out of receipt can be taken upon submission of fees.

It is important to check the eligibility criteria of the RBI assistant exam carefully before filling a form. The reason for the same is the final screening of documents and certificates is done at the time of the interview. So, even if the candidate qualifies for both preliminary and main exams, in the absence of fulfilling eligibility criteria their interview will not be taken. Therefore, to avoid disappointment check detail of age limit, educational qualification, and nationality carefully in a notification and then fill the examination form. The basic eligibility criteria for RBI Assistant Recruitment Exam are the same as of other banking exams.

Age Limit – The age limit to appear for the RBI assistant exam is 18-28 years. There is an eligibility date present in the notification that has to be fulfilled by an applicant. For RBI assistant exam the date eligibility is candidates born before 02/06/1990 and after 01/06/2000 are not eligible to appear in the examination. Age relaxation is given to reserved candidates as following

5 years of maximum age relaxation is given to candidates of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe, a person having domicile of Kashmir in period 1st January 1993 to 31 December 1992. 3 years of maximum age relaxation given to candidates of another backward class category. For the person with the disability, the age relaxation is 10 years for general category candidates, 13 years for OBC candidates and 15 years for SC/ST candidates. Similarly, 10 years of maximum age relaxation is given to widows, divorced, and judicially separated women who are not married again. Ex-Servicemen and Ex-employee of RBI get age relaxation in the RBI assistance exam depending on tenure they served.

The criterion for PWD, Ex-Serviceman is mention in the notification published at the official website of RBI. Moreover, to utilize age relaxation benefit, supporting documents need to be submitted by the candidate at the time of the interview.

Nationality or Citizenship –    For nationality too, RBI has fixed criteria. Candidates of Indian citizenship, Bhutan, Nepal, and Refugees of Tibetan are eligible to appear in the RBI assistant exam. Migrated people from countries like Pakistan, Sri-Lanka, Burma, Ethiopia, United Republic of Tanzania, Zaira, Uganda, and Kenya settled in India too can appear for the examination.

Educational Qualification:

To sit in the exam of the RBI assistant exam, the candidate has to hold a bachelor’s degree. The minimum 50 percent marks are a must in graduation. In addition to a graduation degree, candidates also need to be proficient in word processing.

Moreover, candidates applying for any particular office in the state have to be proficient in the language of that state. They should know how to read, write, or speak the language of that state.

Phase I – Prelims Exam:

Preliminary Exam will be an Objective test (multi-choice for each question) the test will be 100 marks. It will be conducted online, the Preliminary exam has 3 sections that are below:

Phase II – Mains Exam:

After the qualify the prelims exam candidates are eligible for the RBI Assistant Main Exam. This exam will be the online objective exam, the total marks of this exam will be 200 Marks.

Language Proficiency Test (LPT):

After qualify, the Preliminary and Main exam candidates will attend the LPT. A language proficiency test will be conducting the Local Language of the state government. Candidates must know the Official and local language otherwise they would disqualify the exam.

    I could not find the keyword for “RBI Assistant 2021” in the official link of rbi howsoever. Since the applications are already out, I am having difficulty finding the link on the page for registration. It’d be great if anyone can guide me for the application form filling process or could provide the direct link.
