REVA CET 2023: REVA CET is a Universal Admission Test organized by REVA University for admittance in different courses. REVA CET sets the eligibility for certain specific courses presented by REVA University besides providing scholarships. The REVA CET is predominantly for learners aiming for admittances in Engineering, 5-Year desegregated Law programme, and Management courses. The University presently has 34 courses at the UG level, 26 PG courses with 2 part-time courses at the PG level. It is also offering a Ph.D. Programs in different campuses under its supervision.

An applicant is eligible to seat for REVA CET in Engineering and Law concurrently by submitting one application form if he wishes to appear in both the entrance organized by Reva University. Depending on the score in REVA CET candidates will get a chance to opt for their desired course in the university.

REVA CET 2023 Application Form

On the authorized web portal of REVA University, the Application Form will be displayed. The final tentative date for submission will be in April 2023. Application forms will be available via online as well as offline mode. Registration is mandatory for all applicants seeking admission to REVA University. Candidates willing to pursue Engineering, Law and MBA courses under REVA University have to complete the application procedure by following the below-mentioned steps:

By Online Method:

For online form, submission applicants need to visit the certified website of REBA University. Firstly, they have to select the course from the list displayed in the admission segment. To apply online applicants now need to register in the official website. Aspirants have to furnish all necessary information after acquiring the online application form. By clicking the submit button and paying the application fee the online submission procedure of the application form will be done. Applicants must take a printed version of the filled application form for future use.

By Offline method:

For offline submission of the REVA CET Application form applicants have to visit the authorized website of REVA University. Candidates need to download the application form depending on the choice of the course. Applicants need to fill the form with all requisite information. A Demand Draft in favour of REVA University needs to be enclosed with the application form in order to complete the offline form submission process.

Application Fee:

The Application Fee for REVA CET is Rs.1000/-. For online submission of the form, applicants need to pay the fee by internet banking or UPI or IMPS or NEFT. The application fee can be paid in the form of DD in favour of REVA University. All DD’s should be payable at Bengaluru.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants are advised to refer to the REVA CET 2023 eligibility criteria before filling the application form.

• Candidates applying for B.Tech courses need to qualify Senior Secondary with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. Applicant must have Biotechnology/ Biology/Chemistry/Computer Science/technical professional subject. The aggregate of the applicant in senior secondary must be 45% for general category and 40% for SC/ST category.
• Candidates seeking admission in LAW have to qualify Higher Secondary with 45% marks and 40% for SC/ST category. Applicants must not be more than 20 years at the time of admittance to the university. For SC/ST applicants the upper age limit is 22years at the time of admission.
• MBA programme applicants need to be a B.E or B.Tech with 50% marks from any renowned university. For SC/ST category the qualifying score is 45% in aggregate of B.E or B.Tech.

Exam Pattern:

Prior knowledge of exam pattern will enable the applicants to perform better in the entrance. Applicants can analyze the structure of the question paper by going through the exam pattern. The exam pattern is different for different courses.

• For B.E and B.Tech courses the entrance paper will have 120 questions for 120 marks. Applicants need to answer the paper within 2 hours. There is no provision of negative marking. There will be 40 questions from each subject. Applicants need to answer on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
• For pursuing courses in Law the entrance paper will focus on Legal Skill, Logical Reasoning & Ability, General Knowledge and English. Each topic will have 25 questions. Aspirants need to answer 100 questions carrying 1 mark each within 2 hours. No marks will be deducted for any incorrect entry.
• For MBA programme 100 marks question paper will consist of topics related to General knowledge& contemporary Affairs, Verbal Capability & Language Conception, Data Analysis and Quantifiable Aptitude. Each topic will have 25 questions that need to be answered within 2 hours. 1 mark will be added for each correct entry but there is no number deduction provision in the entrance.

Admit Card:

The admit card for REVA CET 2023 will be obtainable by mid of April 2023. All applicants who have completed the application procedure successfully will acquire the Admit Card for the entrance test. By using registration number and password all contenders can avail the admit card from the certified website. All applicants must carry admit cards to the examination centre with other essential documents. The admit card will display the applicant’s name, date of examination, roll number, signature, location, photographs, etc.

Result:

The result for REVA CET 2023 Result will be announced by 11th May 2023(tentatively) for Engineering. On the certified website of REVA University, the results will be publicized via authority. Applicants can check their REVA CET 2023 result on the official website providing the user ID along with the password. Applicants can download the result after checking it meticulously on the website. A print out of the said result is necessary for future use.

Counseling:

Students qualifying REVA CET examination will have their names in the merit list. All applicants having to hold a rank in the merit list will be called further for the final session ie. counselling. In the counselling round, all successful candidates need to carry their individual invitation letter sent by the authority to verify all the academic and personal documents belonging to the candidate. Candidates must attend this session as per the prescribed time and date.
