RRB Kolkata 2022 Exam Date:

How to Online Apply for RRB Kolkata 2022:

The Application form will be accepted from January to February. Candidates need to login to the official site in order to fill the application form. The Important instructions for filling out an online application are:-

• Firstly, candidates need to open Railway Recruitment Board Kolkata official website i.e. www.rrbkolkata.gov.in
• Next, click on the “Recruitment” Section.
• Select the desired post for which you want to Apply & Click on “Online Application Portal”.
• Fill in the Basic Detail like Name of the candidate, Father and mother’s name, and date of birth
• fill every detail very carefully
• After that, username and Password will be E-Mailed
• Note password or username in a safe place as it is required while checking application form status & to download Admit card or to check the result.
• Log in using the details and fill the rest of the details.
• Upload a scanned passport size color photograph (3.5 cm X 3.5 cm, JPG/JPEG format, 100 DPI, 20 KB to 50 KB size) and signature.
• Go to Next for Payment (Rs. 500 or Rs. 250).
• Finally, Click on Submit Button
• Keep a print of the application form.

Railway Group A, B, C & D Jobs Eligibility Criteria:

Railway published jobs according to groups and qualification, there are four types of group:-

RRB Group A Jobs: Group A posts are conducted by the UPSC organization. It is a gazetted post group that is appointed through either the Civil Service Exam or Engineering Service Exam and Combined Medical Service Examination.

RRB Group B Jobs: In group B, 70% of Candidates are selected through a process of primarily based and 30% through a Limited Departmental Competitive Examination as known as the LDCE selection test.

RRB Group C Jobs:  Mostly, Indian railway used to publish Group C Technical and Non-Technical cadre posts with huge vacancies. The required qualification for the Group C post is either 12th pass with 50% marks or Graduation in any discipline.

RRB Kolkata Recruitment 2022 for Group D Jobs: 

In this group, railway published jobs for the 8th pass, 10th pass or 10+2 pass vacancies. Following are the posts name which falls in Group D categories:-

• Trackman
• Helper
• Assistant Points Man
• Safaiwala / Safaiwali
• Gunman
• Peon etc.

Exam Pattern:

• There will be four major parts in the RRB NTPC exam.
• The type of questions asked will be MCQ type
• The total marks in the exam are 100 marks.
• The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.
• For each wrong attempt, there would be 1/3 negative marking will be made.

RRB Kolkata NTPC Admit Card:

The Admit card for RRB Kolkata NTPC 2022 will be released online on the official website i.e. rrbkolkata.gov.in. To download the admit card Candidates are required to enter user id and date of birth to download the admit card. The admit card is released 10 days prior to the exam. On the examination day, it is important to carry the admit card along with a passport size photograph, valid photo identity proof. No offline admit cards are sent to any candidates via post or courier. The photograph carried should be the same as uploaded at the time of form filling. A Separate admit card will be issued for CBT 1, CBT 2, Typing test / Aptitude test. The RRB Kolkata NTPC Admit Card is a crucial document so candidates should keep it carefully until the completion of the recruitment process.

RRB Kolkata NTPC Result:

RRB Kolkata declares the result after the completion of the exams. The result for each phase is announced separately. The candidates need to visit the official site to check the result. Normalization of the marks is done for all the stages. After that, only the result is published. To check the result candidates have to enter user id and date of birth.
