• The maximum age limit to apply is 18 Years and the maximum age limit is 40 years. There will be 5 years of age relaxation for General or EWS category applicants, 10 years for SC/ST/BC/OBC (Women residents of Rajasthan), and 6 years for SC/ST/BC/OBC (Men residents of Rajasthan) category applicants.
• Those who are holding B.E/B.Tech degree or diploma in the concerned stream from some recognized institution may apply.

RSMSSB JE 2023 Exam Pattern:

The students appearing for the entrance test must have complete details of the examination pattern.

• Paper will be commenced in the offline mode
• There will be Objective Type Questions in the paper
• Overall, there will be 120 questions in the exam
• Candidate needs to complete the paper in 120 minutes
• The applicant will get 1 mark for a correct answer and there will be a deduction of -0.33 for an incorrect answer

Marking Scheme:

There will be two parts to the paper – Part A and Part B. The first part will help to check the general knowledge of the candidates with a focus on the knowledge of the candidates about the state of Rajasthan. However, Part B will help to access the applicant’s basic knowledge of the specific stream in one of civil/mechanical/electrical.

Selection Process:

There will be a two-stage selection procedure for the applicants. Applicants are required to clear both stages to work as Junior Engineers with RSMSSB. Here are the two stages:
