SEED 2024: SEED is an acronym for Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design is a design aptitude test commenced by Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID) for providing admission to B.Des programs offered at its campuses. Admission is offered to Symbiosis School of Planning, Architecture, and Design (SSPAD), Nagpur is also done through the SEED exam. SEED 2024 Application Form:

The application form is an online process. Those who want to fill out the application form need to check the eligibility criteria once.

1. Visit the official website and get registered by entering the details such as Email Address, Mobile Number, etc. On successful registration, an account will be created.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants are required to check the eligibility criteria to apply for the SEED Exam:

• Those who have cleared class XII from the stream such as Science, Commerce, Arts or equivalent

Or

• Those who have cleared 10+3 diploma approved by the State Board of Technical Education with at least 50% aggregate marks and 45% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ST category students
• Those who are appearing in their final examinations in 10+2 or 10+3 diploma programs need to meet the eligibility criteria on the condition that the final exam will be declared by June.

Note: Those who fail in Class XII but later appear in the compartmental examination which takes place in the same year, on their first attempt, will be eligible for provisional admissions at SID.

SEED 2024 Exam Date:

Admit Card:

The admit card or hall ticket will release for those who have completed the application process. The admit card will be consisted of details such as the applicant’s details along with information about the examination. Here is the process to download the admit card:

• Go to the admit card download link
• A log in window will open on your screen
• Enter the ID and password
• The admit card will appear on the screen
• Download the admit card and take a print of the same

Admission Process:

 The admission process will be consisted of the following details:

1. First register and start filling the application form
2. The admit card will be issued by the successfully registered candidates.
3. Candidates need to upload their passport size photo
4. The admit card will be consisted of details such as the applicant’s name, roll number, and exam center details.
5. The entrance exam will commence in the online mode
6. Candidates will be shortlisted, applicants will upload their portfolio
7. The PRPI task will be shared 3 days before the selected date of the online PRPI.
8. The result as well as the final merit list will be prepared by giving the weightage to SEED, Portfolio Review, PRPI Task, and Personal Interaction rounds.
9. The seats will be allotted on the basis of merit rank.

SEED Syllabus:

The syllabus of the entrance test consisted of topics such as Visualisation, Observational, Perceptual & Reasoning Abilities, Creative & Problem-Solving Abilities, and Application of Basic Knowledge of Science & Mathematics.

Exam Pattern:

The examination pattern will be consisted of details such as type of questions, number of questions etc. Here are the details:
