TCS NQT 2022: TCS National Qualifier Test (NQT) 2022 is a PAN India Drive beginning via Online Test and Personal Interview with three rounds – Technical, Managerial & HR. The test will help to choose the best talent in the country to increase the growth plans with its Business Strategy. TCS NQT 2022 will help to recruit the applicable applicants for several posts. Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicant must have done BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA 2 from any stream
• An applicant must have scored at least 60% or 6 CGPA throughout academics and an aggregate of 60% or 6.00 CGPA in the highest qualification.
• Candidate must not have more than 1 active backlog/arrear/ATKT while appearing for the TCS Selection process.
• If chosen, then-candidate while joining TCS must have successfully cleared pending backlogs/arrears/ATKT during the course duration as fixed by the University
• Candidate must inform about the academic gaps. The overall break should not be more than two years. Any exception is accepted if there is a relevant reason
• The candidate’s age should be between 18 to 28 years
• Only full-time courses will be considered valid.
• If you have done Secondary and / or Senior Secondary education from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) you may apply but other courses are full time.

Registration Process:

The registration process is given below:

• Go to the National Qualifier Test (NQT) website and register yourself for the entrance/aptitude test
• Click the registration link: https://learning.tcsionhub.in/hub/national-qualifier-test/
• Select the ‘Subject Test’ option in the NQT registration form which consists of ‘Programming Test’
• Next, navigate to TCS Portal

Note:

• In case you do not have CT/DT reference ID, then click on “Register Now”, select “IT” and proceed as appropriate.
• If you have a CT/DT reference ID, then click on Login and fill the application form. After submission, you will see the “Apply For Drive” screen.
• Update your NQT Registration Number and click on Apply.
• Fill all the details in the application form and submit it.

Recruitment Process:

The TCS NQT 2022 recruitment process will be consisted of the following rounds:

• Round 1: Online Test (National Qualifier Test or NQT)
• Round 2: Technical Interview
• Round 3: Managerial/ HR Interview

• Section 1: Verbal Ability will be consisted of 24 Questions to be completed in 30 minutes
• Section 2: Reasoning Ability will be consisted of 30 Questions to be completed in 50 minutes
• Section 3: Numerical Ability will be consisted of 26 Questions to be completed in 40 minutes
• Section 4: Programming Logic will be consisted of 10 Questions to be completed in 15 minutes
• Section 5: Hand On(Coding 1) will be consisted of 1 Question to be completed in 15 minutes
• Section 6: Hand On(Coding 2) will be consisted of 1 Question to be completed in 30 minutes

• Verbal ability includes the topics such as Error Identification, b Fill in the Blanks, Sentence Improvement, Fill in the Blanks, Based on Logical Thought & Reading, Paragraph & Sentence Jumble, Comprehension, Nouns, Pronouns & Articles, Adjectives & Adverbs, Verbs & Tense, Subject Verb Agreement, Prepositions, Vocabulary, Often Confused words, Correct spelling & use of words
• Reasoning Ability will be consisted of the topics such as Data Arrangements (Linear, Circular and Multi-dimensional), Blood Relations, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, Clocks, Calendars, Cubes and Direction Sense, Logical Connectives and Syllogisms, Venn Diagrams, and Inequalities
• Numerical Ability includes topics such as Permutation and Combination, Number System, Probability, Time Speed and Distance, Equations, Geometry, Mensuration and Progressions, Ratios and Proportions, Functions, Logarithms and Graphs, Clocks, Direction Sense, Profit and Loss, Averages, Mixtures and Alligations, Puzzles, Physics, Base Conversion
• Programming Logic includes topics such as Operators, Looping statements, Control statements, Arrays, Strings, Functions, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), Standard Template Libraries (STL), Object Modeling, Compiler Design, Threading, Data Structures: Linked List, Stack, Queue, Trees and Graphs, Recursion
• Coding includes 2 questions to be solved in the duration of 45 minutes. The questions include from easy to medium difficulty levels. One question will be of 15 minutes and another for 30 minutes. The languages permitted will be C/ C++/ Java/ Python 2.7/ PERL.

Exam Result Announcement:

The examination result will be provided to the candidates on their registered email address and SMS. After examination and result, selected applicants will receive a welcome/selection email with details such as reporting date/time/ location of posting.
