The Asian School Dehradun Admission Procedure:

The Candidates who are offered admission must avail of the offer within the specified period of time by making the payment of the required admission dues, as defined in the current year’s Fee structure. After that return the duly signed the Indemnity Agreement (on Judicial Stamp Paper), the Uniform Measurement Chart and the Student’s Medical History form. Admission dues once paid will not under any circumstances be refundable. The candidate failing the offer of admission will lapse. In such a case, the school will be entitled to offer the place to another candidate in order of merit/position on the waiting list.

After the full payment of the admission dues and submission of the required documents, the candidates allotted an admission number and placed on the School rolls. They will also be sent a set of Admission Documents. Once candidates get admitted then they will have to follow all the rules and regulations of the School.

Registrations and Admission Procedure:

The advertisement for announcing the availability of seats will be made in a newspaper, at the discretion of the Principal. This advertisement will be released three to four months before the academic year is scheduled to start. The parents who want their child to get admission to the school are welcome to visit the school on any working day and may register their child for admission. After that information regarding the notification of the dates for the Entrance Test and Interview will be communicated to the prospective parents.

The entrance tests for class I onwards will be conducted in four written papers:-English, Mathematics, Hindi and General Knowledge. On the basis of the score I entrance test and at the conclusion of the previous class, according to the School’s syllabi candidates will be provided admission.

After that an interview of the candidates qualifying will be taken to determine the congruency of the parental point of view with that of the school and to interpret the different skills of the child.
