The Indian Public School Dehradun Admission 2022: The Indian Public School is a co-educational institute that started in 2001.  It is a boarding school with class 1^st to 12^th affiliated to CBSE. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the admission. If a candidate is failing to fulfill any condition then his or her form will be rejected.

• For kindergarten : Admission will be done on the basis of the birth certificate( to ensure the age of the student is more than five years).
• For class 1^st to 9^th: Admissions are allowed only if the child clears the admission entrance examination and produces the pass certificate of the previous class from the competent authority of the school.
• For class 11^th :Admission to class XI is strictly based on the percentage scored in the Board examination. The stream will be decided by the school according to the marks in the board exam.
• For Students whose results are pending: those students must get the written document from their previous school regarding the correction filed to their respective board for correction of the result.

Exam Pattern:

 The Indian Public School will have a written entrance test. The test will be a total of 90 minutes. Student will be allowed to complete their exam only in these 90 minutes, Students who will qualify the written exam will be then called for a personal interview with parents. The exam will be conducted in the school itself by the authorities. The duration of personal interviews is not fixed. Personal interviews will be conducted by authorities not only of the child but parents must be with the child during the interview.

Syllabus:

The institution follows the syllabus of Central Board of  Secondary Education.  Along with that, institution enrolls students in many extracurricular activities like painting, swimming, Sports, dancing. These are considered as a part of the syllabus in the same boarding school. For the entrance exam, students of class 1^st and 9^th will get the syllabus after the registration. It will be part of the class in which they are going to get admitted.

Admit Card:

Admit card is a document with all the personal details of the candidate printed on it with a photograph and digital signatures. Once the registration form is submitted and the application fees is paid to the school, admit cards will be sent to students online. Admit cards are compulsory for everyone appearing in the exam. Without it,entry is prohibited in the exam hall. Even after the exam, admit card must be preserved for future uses like checking the result and for verification purposes.

Result:

There is direct admission for nursery classes. Once the exam is conducted the result is announced by the school after some time. The final stage is a personal meeting which will decide whether the candidate will get admission or not. After ten days of the interview, eligible students will be called for admission formalities. Pass certificate of class 10^th from a recognized board is necessary if a student wants to get admission in the school. The school will decide the preferred stream to study further according to the marks of the candidate on the board exam. The school offers commerce stream PCM and PCB.

Answer Key:

The institution will not publish any answer key for students as it is only for class 1^st to 9^th and students at that level aren’t expected to get an answer key. Moreover, the Institute only takes about ten days to announce results.
