TJEE 2023: Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination is held once a year. TJEE entrance examination is conducted by the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE). It offers admission for the seats of Engineering, Paramedical, Technology, Veterinary, Agriculture, Fishery and other professional degree courses. The notification for the examination can be checked online. The notification comes in April month. TJEE 2023 Application Form:

TJEE 2023 Application form is available online on the official website. It will release in April month. You will have to follow the following instructions while filling application form:

• Firstly complete the registration by using a valid email id or mobile number via an online website. Through this, you will get the registration number and password
• Now open the application form by using a reference number and start filling the application form
• Fill in correct personal details like name, parent’s name, address
• Fill educational details
• Upload scanned passport size photograph in the required format
• Upload scanned signature in the required format
• Upload all educational certificates and mark sheets in the required format
• Upload required category certificates
• Pay application fee online by using the online payment link given on the website
• Now review your application details and do submit it finally
• You can take a print out of the application form for the future reference

Application Fee:

• Application fee can be paid online by using the online payment link provided on the website
• You can pay by using a Credit card/ Debit card/ Net Banking/ UPI ID/ Wallets
• Category wise there is different application fee structure is as follows
• General Category (Male Candidate) has to pay Rs. 550/-
• SC/ST Category (Male Candidates) have to pay Rs. 450/-
• All-female and BPL (Male/Female Candidates) Category have to pay Rs. 350/-

Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria to appear in the entrance examination are as follows:

Education Qualification: Applicant must be passed 10+2 from recognize Tripura board and institution. Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks scored in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Science and Math

Citizenship:  Candidate must have hold citizenship of India

Local Resident: Applicant must have domicile certificate of Tripura state. Candidates who are not a permanent resident of Tripura but their parents should be an officer on deputation to the government of Tripura/ Officer of the central Government working in Tripura and served continuously for a period of 3 years. Also, candidates must have passed 10+2 from recognize boards or institutions.

Exam Pattern:

Applicant who wants to apply in the examination must have to follow the pattern of the examination. Prepare according to the course you have applied for. The pattern of the examination is as different as the course is applied for.

• Sections-   The paper is consist of four parts i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics
• Physics- 100
• Chemistry- 100
• Biology- 100
• Mathematics- 100
• Mode of language- English and Hindi
• Total Questions- 100
• Time Duration- 2 hours
• Total Marks-   Each paper consist of 100 marks
• Question Type- Multiple Choice
• Marking Scheme- 2 marks will be awarded for the correct answers.
• There is no negative marking scheme in this examination.

PHYSICS: Motion, Gravitation, Units of Measurement, Kinetic Theory of Gases, Coulomb’s law, Simple harmonic motion, Ray and Wave Optics, Magnetism, Capacitor in parallel, Semiconductors, Atomic Physics, Dual Nature of Matter, Relativity Atomic structure, Nuclear Physics, Matter-wave.

CHEMISTRY: Atomic Structure, Classification of matter into solid, liquid and gaseous states, Dalton’s Atomic theory, Matter and its Nature, Chemical bonding, Molecular Structure, Covalent Bonding, Periodic properties Modern periodic law, S& P block elements, Chemical Energetic, Equilibrium, Bimolecular hydrocarbons, Hydrocarbons classification, Solutions and its different methods.

MATHEMATICS: Quadratics equations, Binomial Theorem, Complex numbers, The fundamental principle of counting, Sets, Relations and Functions, Probability, Arithmetic’s, Geometric, Harmonic Progressions, Vectors and Scalars, Integral as an anti-derivative,  Differential Calculus Polynomials.

Admit Card:

The admit card for the examination will be released before a month of the examination you will get a soft copy of the hall ticket through online on the website. By using the applicant number and date of birth as a password you can download. Candidates also have to carry valid identity proof along with the admit card with them.

Result:

After the examination result will be announced on the same official website. You can check your qualifying status by using the roll number and password. Candidates can download and take printouts of the result for future references. Qualified candidates can call for the counseling process.

Answer key:

Once a result has been displayed the answer key of the question paper is also displayed by officials after one week of the examination. Candidates can check and download the answer key by using login credentials. If there is any objection then it can be resolve by the authority and the fresh answer key will be displayed again on the same portal.

Selection/ Counseling:

After the examination merit list will be prepared on the basis of the total marks scored by the individual in the entrance examination. Candidates must be scored a minimum of 50% of the total marks to qualifying the examination. After reviewing answer sheets the merit list will be prepared and displayed on the official portal of the examination board. Shortlisted candidates called for the counseling process according to the merit list name. Selected candidates call for the online counseling process conducted by the official authority. Selected candidates can check their counseling schedule at the official website and also it will be done after the month of the exams. There are two to three rounds of counseling take place. After the counseling you will have to submit the required documents to the university and it will be verified by the officials and then you will have to pay admission fees and get admission. At the time of admission, you will have to bring all the original documents with you. Following documents, you will have to carry at the time of counseling

• Bring all the educational mark sheets and passing certificates which are self-attested and also take 5 photographs.
• Category certificates.
• Also need Domicile certificate who is residing in the Tripura state.
