Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Candidate must have done graduation (in any stream) or some other equivalent degree from some recognized institution.
- The minimum age limit should be 21 years and maximum of 36 years. However, there are specific age criteria for various posts such as:
- For all posts, the applicant’s age should be 18 years excluding Sub Registrar Grade-II, Probation Officer in Prison Dept. and Social Defence Department
- For the post of Sub Registrar Grade-II, the minimum age should be 20 years
- For Probation Officer in Prison Dept., the candidate should be 22 years of age at least.
- For the post of Probation Officer in the Social Defence Dept, applicant’s minimum age should be 26 years
