Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit
There is no age limit for teaching candidates for appearing in the Teacher Eligibility Test.
Education Qualification
- Candidate should be a citizen of India
- Candidate should reside in Tripura and have a Permanent Resident Certificate
- The applying candidates must have passed Senior Secondary or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and a Diploma in Elementary Education of the duration of two years to apply for Paper 1 exam
- The Candidates must have complete graduation with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for applying for paper-II
- A degree or diploma in teacher training
- relaxation of 5% will be provided to candidates belonging to ST/ SC/ PH category

How to Apply for TET Tripura?
- Candidates first need to open the official website of Tripura Teachers Recruitment Board: http://trb.tripura.gov.in/
- Next, search for the Notification of examination.
- Read the complete notification and eligibility criteria.
- Click on the “Apply Online” Tab.
- The first step is to complete the registration process
- Enter the details such as Name, DOB, Email ID, and Phone Number in the registration form.
- After a successful registration candidate will receive an application number and Password.
- Login using the application number and Password
- After that, Fill remaining details carefully
- Upload the scanned photo and signature (in the prescribed format)
- Recheck all the details and click on submit.

- There are 5 subjects in the exam

- Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I and II carries 90 marks
- Each section carries 30 marks with 30 questions
- 1 mark will be given for every correct answer
- For Mathematics and Science/ Social Studies/ other having 60 questions with 60 marks

Admit Card:
The Admit card of Tripura will be released through the official website a week prior the date of Exam. Applicants are required to download the admit card through the website by using the login credentials such as user id and password. It is the most important document applicant must carry to the exam centre. The candidate is not allowed to enter the examination hall without admit card.
Tripura TET 2024 Result:
