TS Polycet 2023 Application Form:

• To apply for the examination, the candidate is required to fill the application form via online mode.
• Candidates can collect TS Polycet Application form in May 2023.
• Enter hall ticket number of class X, year of passing along with the year of registration.
• It is crucial to fill in the details in the Telangana State Polytechnic 2023 Application Form. These details are inclusive of personal, educational, and communication details.
• Upload passport size photograph in the application form.
• Fill in and submit the application form before the last date.
• Make sure to take out a printout of the filled application form for further reference.

Telangana Polytechnic Application Fee Details:

• Make a payment of the application fee via any TS Online Centres/ net banking/ /online payment gateway etc.
• Candidates from the General and OBC categories need to pay Rs. 350/-
• Candidates from ST and SC categories need to pay Rs. 200/-

Process to Apply for TS Polycet:

• Visit the official website of TS Polycet.
• On the Homepage, click on the “File Application” button.
• Then, fill in basic & required details in the form as candidates name, mail ID & phone number.
• Candidates must also fill the exam city as per their preferences.
• Now login using the given login credentials.
• Enter academic, address, gender, age & other required details in the form.
• Upload scanned image of passport size photograph & signature in the given format.
• After that submit the application fee.
• Now a confirmation page will appear on your computer screen.
• Take its printout & keep it safe till future use.

Eligibility Criteria Details:

• The candidate must be of Indian origin with Indian nationality.
• Those who belong to Telangana or Andhra Pradesh state are eligible to apply.
• Candidates must have cleared the senior secondary school (SSC) examination commenced by the state board of Telangana or other equivalent examinations.
• The candidate needs at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination and a minimum of 35% marks in subjects like Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
• There is no age bar to apply for the examination.
• Those who are appearing in Senior Secondary Class and waiting for results can also apply to apply for TS Polycet 2023.

TS POLYCET Exam Pattern:

• The exam will commence in offline mode.
• The exam duration will be for 2 hours.
• There will be 120 questions in the paper.
• There will be objective-type questions in the paper.
• The paper will be in two languages-English and Telugu.
• The candidate will receive 1 mark for every correct answer.
• There will be no negative marking.
• There will be 30 questions from Physics, 30 from Chemistry, 60 from Mathematics.

Telangana Polytechnic Syllabus:

The examination includes the following topics:

• Mathematics: Algebra, Polynomial, number system, Real number, progressions, Trigonometry, quadratics equation, mensuration, geometry, linear equations, coordinate geometry, probability, surface areas and volume, mathematical modeling & statics.
• Physics: A structure of the atom, magnetic effects of electric current, classification of elements, acid, bases and salts, chemical equations and reactions, refractions of light and plane surface, human eyes and colorful world, heat, chemical bonding, carbon and its compound, electricity, the reflection of light, refraction of lights and curve surface.
• Chemistry: Redox reactions, The states of matter, polymers, chemical kinetics, an aromatic structure, chemical and ionic equilibrium, nuclear chemistry, chemical thermodynamics, phase equilibrium and solutions, the basic concept of organic chemistry and stereochemistry, electrochemistry, surface chemistry, chemistry in everyday life, environmental chemistry and urea and malonic ester.

Admit Card:

The admit card will be released in March. It can be acquired via online mode. To fetch the admit card, enter class X hall ticket number, date of birth, and year of passing on the website. Once you catch the admit card, take a printout and carry it to the exam venue on the fixed date to the exam center.

Answer Key:

The answer key will be published on the official website after the exam gets over. Via TS POLYCET Answer Key, it is easy to calculate marks. You will get an idea of at least how many questions you have attempted is correct or not.

TS POLYCET Result:

Examination results will be declared online mode in April. Check the result from the main website. This result will be inclusive of marks and ranks acquired in the written TS Polycet 2023 examination. The scores attained in the test will be used for assigning rank later. Also, the same scores will be used for selection purposes.

Cut-off:

Cut-offs will be provided to the candidates after the exam result is declared. It is also available separately for participating institutes. The cut-off marks comprise scores of the candidates, rank, and category. The admission is possible based on the released cut-off list.

Counseling:

The counseling or allotment of seats will be commenced via online mode. Those who have been allotted the rank in the exam can participate in the examination. During counseling, the candidate is required to be prepared for document verification. Thus they need to carry original and photocopies of the prescribed documents. Seat allotment is based entirely on the rank of the candidate, choices opted and seats availability. The counseling process will get over in various rounds.
