UP Super TET 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

For Super TET Primary (I to V)

• Applicant must have passed class XII with a minimum of 50% marks and passed 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education OR
• Must have cleared class XII with a minimum of 50% marks and attained 4 years’ Bachelors of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) Degree OR
• Passed class XII with at least 50% marks and have also passed in the final year of 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR
• Must be possessed with the degree of Graduation Degree and passed a 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education OR
• Possessed with the Graduation Degree and Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed) Degree

For Super TET Junior (VI-VIII)

• Applicant must be possessed the degree of graduation and BTC from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
• A degree of graduation with a minimum of 50% marks and B.Ed / B.Ed Special Education from the Rehabilitation Council Of India (RCI).
• Candidate must have completed 50% marks and 4 years in B.A/ B.Sc.Ed/ B.A.Ed from N.C.T.E and UGC with the recognized institute.
• Applicant must have done Intermediate with 50% marks and 4 years in B.El.Ed in Primary Education.
• Possessed with a bachelor’s degree with at least 45% marks and a B.Ed degree.

Age Limit:

The minimum age to apply is 21 years and the maximum age should be 40 years. Besides this, age relaxation is offered to those who are permanent residents in Uttar Pradesh). Here is the age relaxation as per the criteria:

• SC/ST: 5 Years
• OBC: 3 Years
• PWD: 10 Years

Selection Process:

The selection process for the post of Assistant Teacher consisted of several stages such as a written test, an Interview, and Counseling.

Division of marks is based on the following parameters:

• 10% marks of intermediate level
• 10% marks of graduation level
• 10% marks of high school level
• 10% marks of teacher training certificate
• 60% marks of SUPER TET written exam
