UPCMET 2023: Another important examination by Uttar Pradesh is none other than UPCMET. Like every year, this year too, UPCMET (Uttar Pradesh Combined Medical Entrance Test) will be commenced by the unaided medical college welfare association or UPUMCWA at the state level. The aim of the examination is to give admission to eligible candidates in private medical colleges. UPCMET 2023 Application Form:

The application form will start availing in the month of November every year. However, there will be an official notification release and after that candidates can begin with applying for the examination form. Eligibility Criteria:

Those who are interested to appear in the exam need to have a glimpse at the eligibility before appearing. The candidate needs to be a citizen of India

Applicant must have passed with the higher secondary examination or equivalent examination with English as the mandatory subject from the recognized university and must have secured 50% marks in PCB or Physics, Chemistry, Biology. Those who belong to the SC/ST need to have scored only 45% marks at least.

Age limit is also an important thing that the candidate needs to keep in mind. Candidates are required to have completed 17 years as of December 31st 2023.

Process to Apply for the Examination Form:

Here is the procedure to apply:

• Make sure to apply for the application form through online or offline mode. If you select an offline mode, then buy the application form by paying the amount of INR 1000 from some authorized counter of UPCMET. If you want to acquire an application form via post, you can do so as well.
• If you want to acquire an online application procedure then go to the official website of UPCMET and fill the details in the application form. As soon as the form is filled, send it to the official address. Pay the application fee via DD in favor of UPUMCWA at Bareilly.

UPCMET Paper Pattern:

There will be two papers comprised of MCQ-type questions. Paper, I will be divided into two different sections- A and B. The first section i.e. Section A comprises 100 questions from subjects such as Physics and Chemistry while Section 2 also has the same number of questions from the subjects like Biology and Botany. Paper-II will have 50 questions to solve from the General category.

Admit Card:

For availing the admit card, ensure using the official website. Download the admit card because it is the most important to have belonging during the examination time. Thus ensuring for having it on time and in case, you fail in receiving it, complain in this regard to the authorities. You are not allowed to sit in the examination hall without the availability of the admit card.

Result:

The official result date can be acquired from the official website. As soon as it is announced, check the result. For qualifying for the test, candidates are required to gain a minimum cut-off pass percentage. Thus the obtained marks will help candidates in acknowledging their future.
