Process of UPES Admission 2023:
- Candidates are required to collect all the details about the admission procedures as preferred by the University. Go through the UPES admission criteria for different programmes:
- For MBA Programme, admission criteria are UPES Management Entrance Test (UPESMET), National Level Test, and GD & Interview
- Admission criteria For B.Tech Programme are UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) which will be followed by centralized counseling/JEE Main merit/Board merit
- For LLB Programme, UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test (UL-SAT)/Board Merit/CLAT Merit/L-SAT India Merit followed by Group Discussion & Interview
- Admission for the M.Des Programme, the criteria are UPES Design Aptitude Test (UPESDAT)/CEED)
- For BBA Programme, admission criteria are Group Discussion & Interview

UPES 2023 Application Form:
- Application form for UPES Admission 2023 can be attained via online mode. Ensure that you are eligible enough to apply for the desired course.
- Fill in the details in the application form like first name, middle name, and last name.
- Then fill in the name of the programme, email address, Mobile number, Date of birth, Academic details of classes X, XII, and graduation.
- Also, fill in the Nationality, Country, State, City, Enquiry source, Coaching Institute, PIN code, etc.
- Once the form is filled, make payment of the application form. It is for Rs. 1,350 through debit card, credit card, or any other mode online payment mode.
- Take a printout of the application form for further reference. They should take its printout for their reference as well.

Steps to Apply for UPESEAT 2023:
- Visit the official website of UPES i.e, cce.upes.ac.in.
- On the homepage, click on the option of ‘Apply Now’
- Then fill in the personal details like name, email address, nationality, etc.
- After submitting the details, candidates will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP on the website and candidates will receive their application number and password.
- Now, enter academic details for UPESEAT 2023.
- Then Pay the Application Fee i.e, Rs.1350.
- At last, submit the completed UPESEAT application form.
UPES Admission 2023 Fee Structure:
- University of Petroleum Admission 2023 fee structure is based on one programme to the other.
- For undergraduate engineering programmes, the total fee will be 12-16 lakhs and for the postgraduate programme, it will be around 5-6 lakhs.
- For undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the School of Computer Science (SoCS), it will be 14-16 lakhs and 5-6 lakhs respectively and for BBA programmes, the fee will be around 7-8 lakhs and for MBA, 11-12 lakhs.
Eligibility Criteria:
For seeking admission in BBA, the candidate must have attained at least 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary levels (10th & 12th)
For admission into the MBA, the candidate needs the following mentioned eligibility:
- At least 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
- Engineering/B. Sc. (PCM) graduates with at least 50% marks from a recognized university.
- For attaining admission into MA Economics (Specialization in Energy Economics) candidate must have attained at least.
- 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (class X and XII)
- B.Com/BA Economics (Hons)/B.Sc./BA with Economics or B.Tech with at least 50% marks from some recognized University
- Statistics/Mathematics with a minimum of 50% marks at the graduation level from the recognized university is compulsory
- For seeking admission in the course B.Tech, the candidate must have attained
- At least 60% marks in UPESEAT followed by centralized counseling/JEE Main UPESEAT followed by centralized counseling/ Board Merit/ JEE Main merit/Board merit Higher & Senior Secondary level (class X and XII)
- 60% aggregate in PCM in Class XII
- To avail admission in M.Tech, the candidate must have acquired at least
- 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (class X and XII)
- B.Tech/ MCA/ BE/M.Sc with at least 60% marks
- To acquire admission in M.Des, the candidate must have attained
- At least 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary Level (Class 10 & 12)
- B.Des/B.Tech/BE/B.Arch/BFA with a minimum of 50% marks
- To go for a course such as B.Des, the candidate must have attained at least 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level in class X and XII.

UPES Exam Pattern for MBA Admission:
- The exam will be online to be completed within the duration of 180 minutes.
- The first section will be of the following:
- General English will have 35 questions with topics such as Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension,
- Quantitative will have 35 questions with topics such as Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency
- General Awareness will have 35 questions with topics such as General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Business Scenario
- Analytical & Logical Reasoning will have 35 questions based
UPES Exam Pattern for B.Tech Admission:
- Candidates will get three hours to complete the paper.
- Mathematics will consist of 50 questions.

- Click the result link’ which will be updated as soon as it will be available.
- Then log in to the official web portal by using valid credentials.
- After successful submission of the login details, the exam result will appear on the screen.

Counselling Info:
There will be the commencement of the counseling for those who have successfully cleared the entrance test. Based on the rank, candidates will attain the rank and they will be shortlisted for admission based on the rank. They will be called for a centralized counseling procedure. Admission will entirely be based on the total number of seats available in the specific programme and the preference of the programmes.
