UTKAL University Admission 2023: The Utkal University is one of the oldest universities located in the city of Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The University was established in the year 1943 and is the seventeenth oldest University in India. The university is Affiliation by University Grants Commission. The Foundation stone of this Campus was laid by the first President of India Dr. Rajendra Prasad, on 1st January 1958 and was inaugurated the second President of India Dr. S. Utkal University 2023 Application Form:

The application form will be available on the university website. Candidates interested will have to fill the application form. The instruction f filling the application form is given below.

• Register yourself by filling the details in the application form.
• Make sure that you fill all the correct details.
• Enter the details like applicant Name, Course Name, DOB, Email address, Contact number, Password, etc
• The details must be filled in carefully and correctly.
• After registration candidates will receive a registration number and password
• Login using these details and fill the other details in the application form
• Check all the details before submission of the form
• Pay the application fee by Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking or through SBI-E Pay.
• Take the printout of duly filled form

Eligibility Criteria:

For PG Courses:

• The Candidates applying for PG courses must have passed a 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized Board and must have a Bachelor’s degree of three years duration.
• The candidate must have scored 50% marks in the qualifying exam. However, for some courses, the minimum percentage is 55%.

UTKAL University Admission 2023 Fee:

• The Application Fee for candidates of the M.Tech course will be Rs 1000/-
• The Application Fee for candidates of all other courses will be Rs 600/-

Exam Pattern:

• The entrance examination will be held online.
• The type of questions asked will be MCQ
• The duration of the examination will be an hour.
• Candidates are allowed to Use only a Black & Blue ball pens to write the paper.

UTKAL University Admission Process:

The admission into all PG courses of Utkal University will be on the basis of the scores obtained in the Utkal University Entrance Test.

After the conduction of the test and once the results of the Entrance test get released a list of shortlisted candidates will be prepared and those candidates are required to attend the counseling rounds held by the University. For admission to a few courses, the University conducts a Personal Interview round for the final selection of candidates.

Admit Card:

The conducting university will release the admit card before a few days of the entrance exam. The Candidates will have to enter their registration credentials to download the admit card. All candidates must check that all the particular details printed on the admit card are correct. Candidates must make sure that they carry they’re admit cards to the exam hall. Any Candidates found without their admit cards will not be allowed to appear for the entrance exam.
