Utkal University BEd MEd Admission 2023: Utkal University has got the NOC from Dept. of Higher Education, Government of Odisha, and approval from NCTE, Govt. of India to offer B.Ed. , M.Ed. and 4 years of Integrated B.A B.Ed. and B.Sc. B.Ed. courses from the session 2023. At present Utkal University will offer B.Ed. and M.Ed. courses. These two courses will be offered under the University Department of Teacher Education. Presently, the Department will operate on the 2nd floor of the Platinum Jubilee Building, DDCE, Utkal University. The Department will shift to New Campus in the course of time:

The below-mentioned documents are required for the Utkal University BEd MEd Admission 2023 application process.

• Scanned copy of your latest passport dimension picture in JPG Format with the most dimensions of 150px in width & 180px in top now not exceeding 200KB in size.
• Scanned reproduction of your signature in JPG layout 50KB in size.
• Scanned copy of your Caste Certificate in PDF format, if applicable.
• Scanned replica of your Persons with Disability (PwD) / Differently abled Certificate in PDF format, if applicable.
• Scanned reproduction of your In/Ex-Service Certificate in PDF format, if applicable.
• Scanned replica of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your business enterprise in PDF format, if applicable.
• In case of any criminal instances or any different cases pending in any police stations or court, scanned copy of relevant certificates/documents in PDF format, if applicable. For Online Payment through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallet or any other digital payment method, subsequent provisions must be made in advance.

Utkal University BEd MEd Admission 2023 Process:

• For Registration, the candidate should have a valid & active Mobile Number and also have a valid & active e-mail ID.
• For registration please click (New User Registration) and provide the relevant data in appropriate fields.
• This will take you to the Registration page
  • Select Course Applied for form the dropdown list.
  • Select the Subject from the Subject dropdown list.
  • In the Name field write your Full Name as per your HSC (10th) certificate.
  • Enter a valid & active Mobile Number and email ID, which will be registered for the entire registration process.
  • In the D.O.B field, enter your Date of Birth by selecting through the Calendar.
  • Enter the valid captcha code in the Captcha Code field.
  • Now click on the Register button to get yourself registered. You will receive an OTP in your Mobile Phone and email ID.
  • Provide the OTP to validate your registration and proceed for the Payment.
  • In case of OTP code not come to your Mobile no. , Click on the Resend OTP option.

Eligibility Criteria:

B.Ed. (2 Years): Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and / or in the Master’s Degree in Arts, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme.

M.Ed. (2 Years): Candidates seeking admission to the M.Ed. Programme must have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in the following programme:

• B.Ed.
• B.A.Ed., B.Sc., B.Ed.
• The course must have been recognized by the NCTE.
