Uttarakhand GNM 2023: The GNM examination in Uttarakhand will be conducted by the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBMU). Via this exam, admission will be offered in several courses, including GNM. It is a state-level entrance exam conducted once a year. Candidates will be given admission on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria below:

  • Applicant must be a citizen of India.
  • Candidate’s age should be at least 17 years and maximum 35 years.
  • Aspirant must have completed Class XII with PCMB, history, philosophy, accountancy, economics, political science, and geography subjects.
  • Applicant must have scored at least 40% marks in the qualifying examination.

Exam Pattern:

  • Exam will be commenced in the offline mode.
  • There will be 100 questions in the paper
  • The candidate needs to complete the paper in 120 minutes.
  • Paper will be consisted of Objective Type of Questions
  • The candidate will get 1 mark for every correct answer

Uttarakhand GNM 2023 Syllabus:

Questions will be asked from subjects such as English, Hindi, Elementary Mathematics, General Studies etc.

Admit Card:

The admit card will be released through the official website. Download the admit card using the official website. Carefully check the details mentioned in the admit card. Applicants need to carry their respective admit card along with one Photo ID proof on the examination day. It is also crucial to check the details mentioned in the admit card.

Answer Key:

The Answer Key will be released after the exam gets over. Candidates can check the answers from the answer key. This will help in giving the estimated marks. If applicants have an objection to the answer can object and pay the fee for checking.

Exam Result:

The result will be released via online mode through the official website. Applicants can check the result in the month of December. A separate merit list will be prepared by the authorities. Check the result by entering the application number or you may use the roll number. On the basis of the result, applicants will appear for counseling process. Make sure to take a print for further needs.

Counselling Process:

After the result announcement, applicants will appear for counseling procedures. The counseling process will begin in December month. In the counseling process, the seats will be allotted to the applicants. Candidates will be given the seats as per the marks attained in the entrance test.

In the counseling procedure, documents will also be verified. Bring all the documents for the documents verification. Allotment letter will be released during counseling process as well.
