VGU Admission 2023 Application Form:

Applicants can avail the details regarding Vivekananda Global University 2022 application form the following information:

• The PGAT Application form will be issued from January 1st week,2023.
• Aspirants need to fill their application form via online method.
• Candidates have to provide all necessary information like personal and academic details with contact addresses, mobile numbers and so on.
• To submit the application form applicants need to provide scanned passport size photos with signature as per the suggested format.
• Candidates need to submit the application form by May, 3rd week.
• The application form must be filled carefully by the candidate as no changes can be made after the form is submitted.
• Candidates must take printed versions of the filled application form in order to keep it for future use.

Application Fee:

• Candidates have to pay the VGU Application fee through online mode.
• Applicants can opt for internet banking or credit card or debit card for paying the fee.
• Candidates belonging to any category need to submit an application fee of Rs. 1000/- while applying for any of the courses.
• Candidates need to remember that the application fee is non-refundable. They can also make a demand draft in order to pay it via offline mode in favour of ‘Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur’ payable at Jaipur.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must go through the eligibility standards before submitting the VGU Application Form. The eligibility norms are as follows:

For B.Tech Applicants:

• Candidates need to pass the 12th standard from any reputed board or university.
• B.Tech applicants must have Mathematics & Physics as their obligatory subject. They need to opt for Biology or Chemistry or Biotechnology with the obligatory subjects.
• Candidates need to have a minimum of 45% marks in the final examination to be entitled to the course.

For BBA Applicants:

• Candidates need to pass an intermediate or corresponding examination from any reputed board or university to be entitled to the course.
• Candidates need to have a minimum score of 45% to be qualified for the course. In case of SC/ST candidates, the minimum score to qualify is 40%

For B.Arch. Applicants:

• Candidates must pass senior secondary or 10+3  with Diploma from any reputed board or university.
• Candidates need to have Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in their last exam.
• Candidates need to score at least 50% marks with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry in their last examination.
• A valid NATA is required for the applicants.

For B.Com (Hons.) Applicants:

• Candidates need to pass the 12th standard from any reputed board or university.
• Candidates must have passed with commerce subjects in the qualifying exam.

For M.Tech Applicants:

• B.Tech applicants or candidates with similar qualifications from any reputed university are eligible to apply.
• A minimum score of 55% marks in graduation is desirable to enrol for this course.

For MBA applicants:

• Applicants need to be graduate from any reputed board or university.
• A minimum score of 55% marks in graduation is desirable to enrol for this course.

For LL.M course:

• LLB degree from any recognized board or university is the prerequisite in order to apply for the course.
• Minimum 50% marks in LLB degree is desirable in order to apply for the course

Syllabus:

Candidates can avail of the syllabus for VDU from the official website. Depending on their preference of subjects can have the entire details pertaining to that subject.

Admit Card:

Admit Card will be issued before the exam commences. PGAT (Post Graduate Aptitude Test) applicants can acquire their admit card for VDU admission 2023 through the official website. The admit cards will only be provided to the applicants who have completed the form successfully before the due date. In order to download the admit card applicants must follow the official website and download the link to admit card. In the new window, candidates have to put their application id number or date of birth. Applicants can download it after they have gone through all the details supplied in the admit card. Candidates can immediately go to the authority for any wrong entry in the admit card.  Candidates must carry the printed admit card downloaded from the website along with them to the examination centre as without a valid admit card he/she will not be permitted to sit for the examination. The admit card will have the candidate’s name, registration number, Date of Birth, date of an admission test the exam time and so on.

Exam Pattern:

There will be no entrance exam for the B.Tech applicants. Based on the JEE score the candidates are enrolled under the University. Candidates applying for UG courses also need not have to seat for the entrance. Post Graduate Aptitude Test or PGAT is organized for PG applicants.

Result and Merit List:

The results for PGAT 2023 are estimated to be issued by May end. Post Graduate applicants can go through their PGAT on the official website of Vivekananda Global University. For UG courses candidates can check the merit list in the official website. The merit list will have names of candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria based on the marks obtained by them in their secondary examination. To avail the merit list candidates need to register on the official website with their login credentials.

Counselling:

The Candidates willing to take part in the VGU counselling session have to go through the official website of VGU to schedule their first counselling. The counselling will commence immediately after the result or merit list has been declared. A participation charge is taken for attending the counselling. Candidates have to show all valid and required essentials during the counselling sessions. After document verification candidates can join their desired course depending on the availability of the seat.

Cut Off:

PGAT Cut Off marks will be declared by the authorities after the publication of the result. Cut off marks are the minimum score which the candidates must have in order to get selected in the entrance. Aspirants can find their cut-off score via the online method.
