Application forms will be available from the first week of January 2022 through online mode. Candidates can download the admission form and submit to the university online. Candidates are requested to fill the form carefully and all uncompleted forms will be rejected automatically by the authorities. Candidates must fill the working email address and phone number because further information about the exam will be sent to them by email and phone. Candidates must upload their pictures with a solid background and digital signatures in a prescribed format. Students are also advised to take a copy of the form for further use.
VGU only accept fees via an online transaction that includes Credit card, Debit card, net banking, and other online sources. Fees are kept the same for all category students which is rupees 100. The fees are none refundable in any case.

The selection of students for admission in VGU is done by selecting the candidates who have cleared National level exams and the syllabus for them is available on the website of every exam and also on the official website of the university.
VGU will release a merit list on their official website. The students who have already cleared National level examinations are eligible for admission to Vivekananda Global University. VGU will select students according to their rank in the national level examinations. Once the result is declared eligible candidates can submit their documents via online and offline modes both. There will also be personal interviews and other tests for better categorisation of students to get admission in the university.
Answer key of the different tests will be available on their respective websites so students can calculate their marks before the result and they can also contact the authorities of different test takers if they found anything faulty in the answer key.
Admissions in the university technological courses are based on the result of IIT JEE Mains. There are several factors that affect the cut every year. However the cut-off of other exams is based on their respective authorities. Some of the factors a re-listed below
