Vidya Niketan Birla Public School Pilani Admission 2022: VidyaNiketan Birla Public School Pilani is a residential English medium school for boys. This Senior Secondary School is situated in Pilani and is taken care of by Birla Education Trust. Being affiliated to CBSE or Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) the School has classes from IV to XII. The school has three divisions-Junior Section, Middle Section, and senior section. Junior Section has classes from IV to VI, classes VII, VIII and XI is the middle section and the senior section is for X, Xi, and XII classes.

Vidya Niketan Birla Public School Admission 2022 Procedure:

The admission procedure starts with the registration of the candidate. In order to register a guardian can write to the Admission Department of the school for the application form or they can download it from the official website. To acquire the application form and prospectus via offline mode candidates need to pay Rs 200 along with the registration fee of Rs 1900. Candidates can make a demand draft drawn in favour of Birla Public School from SBI/AXIS/SBBJ/ICICI/UCO Bank. Payments can also be done through Money Order or IPO. Applicants need to send address proof, passport size photo along with the filled application form. This registration fee is non-refundable in nature and it also does not guarantee enrolment of the student in VidyaNiketan Birla Public School. All documents will be verified by the Admission office. After verification is successfully completed candidates will receive a notification. Guardians will be informed about the General Aptitude Test date and syllabus of the same. An admit card will be issued along with the sample question papers to the guardians. For foreign students,  interviews are taken on Skype. The final result will be available on the school’s official website. Admission starts from class 4 to class 9 and class 11. There will be no admission for class 10 and 12 candidates. The minimum age for admission is 9years as of April 1st, 2022 for 4th grade.

Vidya Niketan Birla Public School Pilani Fee Structure:

The Admission Fee for 2022 sessions will be Rs.18000. With this one-time fee, new candidates need to pay refundable caution money of Rs.5000.

Guardians can use the Bank draft of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur/UCO Bank /State Bank of India /Yes Bank /ICICI Bank/Axis Bank/ Punjab National Bank to pay the fees. All drafts must be drawn in favour of Birla Public School, Pilani. Cash / Cheques payment will not be accepted. For existing students fees can be paid in two installments one in April and the other in October. For late payment of fees, Rs25 will be charged per day as fine.No fee will be refunded after it has been deposited.

There will be no installment scheme for admission fees. Guardians can avail the application form prospectus by submitting a demand draft of Rs. 200 drawn in favour of Principal, Birla Public School payable at Pilani. The filled application form needs to be submitted to the Principal before the due date along with the registration fee of Rs.1900 as a draft. This Registration fee & Scholastic Level Assessment or Activity fee is collected from students taking admission in classes III to XI. For online registration, an additional charge of Rs. 200 has to be paid with the registration fee. The details of the fee structure are stated below:
