WB TET 2023 Application Form

• The applicant must visit the official site of the power, www.wbbepe.org. Produce sign in Id and secret phrase.
• Fill the application in the arrangement requested to do.

WB TET 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate should be a citizen of India.
• The maximum age limit is 35 years while the minimum age is 18 years.
• Candidate must have a domicile of West Bengal to get benefits in the seat matrix.

For Primary Teacher (Class 1 to 5):

• Candidate should have 50% marks in the Intermediate exam.
• Candidate must have a degree of B.EL.ED or appearing in the final year.
• Candidate must have completed or in the final year of D.Ed (Specialization) in an institute recognized by RCI.
• Candidate must have completed or in the final year of BTC/passed in an institute affiliated to NCTE.
• Candidates who have the degree of graduation.

For Upper Primary Teacher (Class 6th to 8th):

• Candidate should have 50% marks in the Intermediate exam.
• Candidate must have a degree of B.EL.ED or studying in the final year.
• A candidate who is in the final year of B.Ed or L.T in an institute affiliated to NCTE.
• A candidate who is in the final year of B.Ed in an institute affiliated to RCI.

West Bengal TET 2023 Exam Pattern:

• WB TET exam would be conducted offline.
• There would be two papers; one for those who have applied for the primary teacher (1 to class 5^th) and others would be for those who have applied for the position of teacher for class 6^th to 8^th.
• The examination paper would be an objective type.
• No negative marking would be part of the assessment.
• Every question would be of 1 mark

WB TET 2023 Syllabus:

• Mathematics: Numbers, Arithmetic, Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, Shapes and Spatial Coordination.
• Child Development: Child development, Understanding children with special needs, the concept of Inclusive Education and Learning Pedagogy.
• Language 1: Comprehension-based questions for language development.
• Language 2 (English): Comprehension based question in English and Development of language.
• Environmental Studies: Air, Water, Parts of Body, Habitats, Natural Resources, Solar system, Food resources, Pollution.

WB TET 2023 Admit card:

• WB TET 2023 Admit Card will be released on the official website.
• Candidate must have to download the admit card from the official website of Authority and take the print out of it.
• There will be the details of the exam in the admit card, like Roll number, personal details of the candidate like name, Father Name, Date of Examination, Timing, and venue of Examination.
• Candidate must carry the Admit Card on the exam venue in the day of the exam.
• without the Admit card, no candidate can enter the exam venue.

WB TET 2023 Answer Key:

• An answer key is written by the West Bengal Education Board.
• Applicants can download the PDF file.
• Candidates can file any objection related to the answer key in a prescribed format.

WB TET 2023 Result:

• Candidate should visit the online site after a declaration of result.
• The Result is declared for all classification posts without further ado.
• The assessment authority won’t send the scorecard for every individual.
• The result would show the Name of the Candidate, Marks, Roll number, the focal point of assessment.
• Enter your corridor ticket number on the official site page for a contender to get the outcome.
• The candidate should take the print of the outcome for future reference.
